Naruto themed of course.
The base for the RP is in Kohona. Any ninja goes, but you may not be the Hokage or a chief adviser.
Juinin and Anbu is the highest you get.
You can be a character from the manga, but only one person to the character.

Obito walked to the ramen shop, and set down.
"I'll have a large order of Beef Udon Ramen please."
The waitress smiles and walks of to go get the ramen.
"What a peaceful day." Obito said happily.
Little did he know that it wasn't going to be as peaceful as he, or Kohona hoped.
(Alright someone take it from here, I'm not saying go right into the action, but lets get going!)

Sakura walks passed the Ichiraku ramen shop. Smelling the delicious ramen smell wafting right under her nose, she decided to get a bite to eat.
There, she spotted to unfamiliar but friendly faces sitting.
"Konichiwa everyone!" smile "How's it going?" She asked in a friendly but polite tone.

Strongest Attack: Uxo-kurai (War cry)-Opens her mouth and screams. Similar to a sonic boom. Creates an effect like an earthquake.
Bio: Was always loud and obnoxious until she unlocked her Uxo-kurai by accident and killed everyone in her family but her brother. Now is fairly quiet and composed. Takes battle lightly.
Favorite food: Onigiri

Sema looked up from her perch on the roof of the Ichiraku shop.
She jumped down quickly, never taking her eyes off the cloud of dust in the distance.
She glanced inside at the others. "Hi the name's Sema. But no time for that, we'd better see what's going on," She muttered quickly in a distracted voice.
She began running along the street in the general area of the explosion.
"Come on!" she called as loudly as she dared.
