Gorz is already limited to 1 in OCG format. It's only necessary that it will be limited in TCG as well, upon release.

They obviously did it to make even more money by selling overpriced booster packs that contain mostly useless cards. I honestly think the world could have done without a super rare Time Wizard.

The pack was europe only. Everyone knew useless cards were in it, they just were just reprints after all. Some people just want to collect the cards, no one said you had to buy it. EVERY PACK is made to make more money. If they didn't want to make money, they'd give us cards for free.
