I kept getting it in the event, especially AFTER I'd already checked my new PMs and cleared them away. heck... I usually don't get more than like... FIVE PMs at a time unless I had things up in the market.

I only get PMs when I'm selling in the Market Place. Not that I don't have any friends, but I communicate in other ways with them instead of PMs.
