Alright guys, I actually came up with this idea months ago.... Actually... A year ago to be exact. ^^'' But I never went through with it. Something always came up that stopped me from doing it. So, I've decided to motivate my lazy butt and get this show on the road.
About a year ago, I proposed the idea of doing an Award Show for Gaia. It would be sponsored and brought about through the members of the GIB. Okay, so the here's the deal. There are five categories of voting topics to choose from. NPCs, Events, Places, mods and Items. Each Category will have ten best of sub-categories. So it would look something like this.

There can only be four nominations per sub-category. So, the way would get nominations is once we have all the categories picked we would present them to the guild. A guild member would have to nominate a name and at least three people have to agree with the nomination. Once the nominations are picked we would present them to the public for an over all people's vote.
The vote is the difficult part. We would need at least ten agents to volunteer for this part. ^^'' We can't use polls, because the winners would be given away before their time. We have to have the votes cast in through private messages to be counted up manually. I would like more than ten people to volunteer for this, but we need at least that many.
On a certain date we would set up a special forum to have a host ((To be voted by the guild)) present the winners. I haven't quite figured out how it will work.
Also, this needs to be majorly advertised to work. Banners to every agent and agents will have to tell friends. We'll need to set up a forum to discuss it somewhere. I haven't decided where it belongs yet. I don't think it will be allowed in the GCD, but maybe it can be put in the Gaia Projects forum. If anyone has a better idea for a forum place, please say so.
I am also creating a "commercial" of sorts. I need some extra people for voices, so if you want to voice an NPC please volunteer. The script for the commercial is in the next post as well as ways to sign up to do a voice.
