Lorenz Milton, the celebrity gossip blogger, surveys the crowd of the main dining hall. There's A-listers, B-listers, C-listers, D-listers, a few Z-listers and a few people he has never seen before - perhaps they are part of janitorial staff, or maybe just some fresh meat for this hungry media circus event. And more importantly, his blog. Hrm, will they be angels or naughty devils? Only time will tell.

The main dining hall is decorated most elegantly. Dozens of glass chandeliers hang from the golden ceiling, high above the luxurious buffet of food. Prime quality dishes on an all that you can eat buffet (not that you are expected to eat much - you keep your figure, after all!). The celebrities all sit on long tables, clearly divided by levels of fame, but masked with a few random nobodies sitting at tables with the A-listers. Who are the lucky ones? Could be you.

As Brodi entered the room his mouth fell open in shock, only to quickly mask it by smiling again. The room was ginormous and full of people. He still couldn't believe this was all happening. It almost felt like a dream.

As he made his way further into the room he saw dozens of famous faces. He was almost overwhelmed by the amount of people. But he wouldn't show it. He had a rough idea of how to act; calm, collected, yet still show a little personality to help gain friends and allies in this deadly business.

Click to show.Being a very important sort of girl, Kacey Cherry had made her way down the red carpet quite a while before, and was sitting girlishly in her designated chair in the middle of the dining hall. Her expression showed that she was perhaps less than pleased, heavily lipsticked lips protruding into a little pout that she could only hope was adorable. Hardly anyone had asked about her obsession with darling little Haley Cypress, and it was ruining her night. What if the 'scandal' died!? Her chances would be ruined, and she would be back to late-night image searching and licking her screen. And there was only so much screen cleaner a girl could buy without looking too weird.

She propped her head up on her hand and blinked large, doe-like eyes, wondering where the rest of her table was. Who would she talk to about how edgy and controversial she was if nobody else showed up?

Brodi took a large breath and exhaled it slowly trying to calm his nerves. His different colored eyes scanned the large room until he saw Kacey. A soft smile appeared on his face as he slowly made his way to the table she was sitting at.

He went over lines in his head, trying to decide which didn't sound too formal, and which weren't down right stalker. He cleared his throat when he was close and held out a hand, "Kacey Cherry?" He asked as he smiled, "I'm Brodi Tyler, I was told that we'd be sitting at the same table?" He made the statement a question accidentally. He still wasn't sure what he was doing and didn't want to make an a** out of himself.

He looked pretty clean-cut, and didn't seem to be wearing a ton of eyeliner or hairspray...this one would be a toss-up. In a gesture she hoped looked dainty and attractive, she extended her hand as if she expected him to kiss it, swinging her feet and ruffling the taffeta of her dress.

"Well hello, Brodi! Aren't you something." She appeared as if she were stuck in a permanent state of awe, eyes wide as she spoke. "Yep, that's me! You didn't happen to hear about me from Haley, did you?" There was a definite hopefulness within her inquiry.

Recks wondered in after his interview, glad to have that overwith, but now he was struck with awe as he entered the dining area.
"Wow,."

He was in no hurry to meet with Lizzy -- like I said, he didn't take well to druggies. So instead, he wondered about the place, looking for, hopefully, familiar faces.

Quickly Brodi took note of her gesture and gently took a hold of her hand and placing the back of the other hand behind him on the small of his back. He leaned over and softly brushed his lips to her hand, glancing up and giving her a wink with his blue eye.

He then stood back up and gave her his goofy smile, "Sorry I can't say I have. I'm pretty new to this whole thing and you're the first person I've talked to tonight with the exception of Mrs. Lakes."

Lorenz Milton
From a distance, Lorenz Milton quickly whipped out his camera and snapped a shot - some cute unknown guy kissing Kacey Cherry's hand. Something to blog about later, perhaps, if nothing better comes along. He looked around the dining hall some more. Some guy came in with a guitar on his back. Peculiar. He took a quick picture, if only to admire the boy at a later time and date. For now, Lorenz needed to be on watch duty, waiting for something spectacular to happen, or something not-so spectacular that he can twist to make something spectacular. He kept his distance for now, simply surveying the crowd.

If her mannerisms were not quite as exaggerated all the time, she might have been attractive, large eyes fixed almost innocently on the drummer, black curls falling to frame her face. She was almost like a child's doll that had come to life - with hints of the personality of the child that would have played with her.

"Well, that's a pity," she responded, tone sulky. "I sure hope she's here - we have a date." No, they didn't. "You must be new. I haven't seen much of you in the tabloids yet. What do you do?" As charming as he was, it was almost disappointing. She wouldn't have any new Lorenz entries unless she did something risky!

Brodi kept his smile, he didn't know of her scandals, he barely knew who she was. But he kept his composer and sat down next to her, "I'm an aspiring drummer." He said as he looked around to see who else was sitting at the table, "I haven't done much, a few gigs for some small town bands, just enough to have some money to live off of." He laughed lightly. It was kind of awkward talking to a famous singer, about his small town life.

Brodi seemed engaged with the strange girl at his table, so she decided not to approch him yet. Looking around, Riley saw a familiar blonde head bobbing along in front of her. Feeling far more relieved that she'd ever show, she walked up quickly to Recks and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Well, I see you found a very nice outfit to wear. Was it terribly pricey?" She smiled sweetly as she brought up the day they had met, shopping in a mall and making fun of the overprice and terribly fashioned clothes. "I don't think I made out as well as you did."

She's love to be wearing pants like him right now. Or, anything below her thighs, really.

Straightening the fluffy skirts of her dress, Kacey shifted in her seat so she could converse more easily with Brodi now that he'd taken his place next to her. It wasn't too obvious, but her attention strayed every few moments to the stream of celebrities that came through the door, just to be sure that she wasn't missing an important guest. She wasn't above excusing herself and tackling someone.

"A drummer! I dated a drummer once. He had so many tattoos." She reached to tug on the sleeve of Brodi's jacket, to inspect and see if this was a feature all drummers shared. On a more serious note, she shook her head and looked at him with glassy eyes, as if he were an injured kitten. "Oh, I remember that. I made a little, lost a lot." A mournful pause. "But then made a lot, so its okay!" Invading his personal space even farther, she pat him on the head. "I'm sure you will too."

Recks turned quickly at the tap on his shoulder, then heard the fammiliar voice.
"Oh, hi! Yeah. It's my dad's." He then chuckled, "And I agree -- looks like you got the short end of the stick,..or the short end of somethin' haha!" He chuckled, then grinned. "So, who you sittin' with? I don't think I know anyone else here,..." he looked around.

His eyes widened, "Really?" he had never thought of having a tattoo. It might have been the fact that his mother didn't allow needles. Though that didn't stop him from getting his ear pierced. He smiled as he remembered stepping out of his comfort zone to get it.

He laughed a little when he pat his head. "Hehe, yeah I just hope I can get enough to get by, that and play some more." He said as he smiled softly. "It's like my drug, I love playing." He laughed a little with embarrassment for giving a drug reference.

Resisting the urge to tug at the bottom of her skirt and give him a sour look (who knew which people and where had cameras. She couldn't risk any bad photos so early on in her career), Riley was forced to laugh with him. Ooooh, but he'd be getting it once they were back at the agency, she'd make sure of that!

"I think that she said Chad Mitt and Angelica Molie..." Riley paused, her silky straight hair swishing to one side as she turned her head and looked a little clueless. "Err...who are they?"
