before i moved they made three funny lil songs....
since sum of us could not march a friend sang
motivation motivation....(at one point the bd yelled use your brains ppl)
so now its a cheer going ike this :motivation motivation use your brains motivation motivation...
and in pit we came up with miss heard lyriccs for hey baby...that is a secret
another before i moved a saxophone friend sang my nick name in a techno verse...hilarious btw my nick names doogie

Our band does this after third quarter break. The drumline has a part, but I don't know it (flutetastic!).
(band)Hey freshmen!
(FM)Hey what?
(b) Hey freshmen?
(FM)Hey what?
(B) Show us how to get down!
(FM) No way!
(B) Show us how to get down!
(FM) Okay!
(There's a drum solo and the freshmen dance)
During this, there's a chant:
D-O-W-N! That's the way to get down!
D-O-W-N! That's the way to get down!
This continues with sophmores, juniors, seniors, DM's, color guard, cheerleaders, and we call out people. My fav is when we call out the eldest football coach Eddie. So much fun. >.<

The first game, we did it and he Party Boyed our director. She made him buy her supper after the game. xd

In our band, we do one fo those call someone things when everyone gets bored (because our football team is awsome and msot others suck so we get bored easily). Someone decides who to call, usually the BD, one of the staff, the DM or a class(Freshie, Sophmore, senior or junior) with the occasional certain person if it is a special occasion for that person. Then, they get everyone not related to the chosen person to call out the name of the person or group. Using the example of seniors, because it is a jke of the freshman to call them, this is how it goes:
Band: Hey Seniors!
(If they ignore)HEY SENIORS!
Seniors: What?!
Band: Shake your bootie!
Seniors: No way.
Band: Shake your booties!
Seniors: Okay!
Band: Jump, shake your bootie, jump jump, shake your bootie!(Repeated multiple tinmes.)
We did that to a band at the festival once, the band we palyed our first game agaisnt. They taught us another good one.
Them: Hey(insert name of band)
Us: What?
Them(Chanting): We have spirit, yes we do. We have spirit, how 'bout you?
Us: We have spirit, yes we do, we have spirit, how 'bout you?
Them: We have more! We have more! We have more!
Us: We have more. We have more. We have more. We have more. We have more.
Them: We have more, we have more...
We join in until one band gets tired, usually them. They are slightly smaller then us like most in our division because we are one person short of being div. 2, so we are div. 3.

5 or 6 bandies: Where'r my diamonds at?

Same people: Where my diamonds at?
Everyone: right here Right here! Aaaaaahhhhhh!
Because of our german exchange student, we can do this in three languages. Spanish, german an of course english. We probably could do it in french, which we learned to do, but we never actually did it, so we can't say we can do it in french until we actually have. Yup, our band is quadlingualXD
