Alright!!!!! It's time for the first announcements!!! Sorry about taking so long in this, but I had some things to do. Alright, first off. The Paydays have been established. Ever 100 posts will be a Payday. And yes, that does include all of the Paydays that have passed up, meaning that there are now eight Paydays right now, and one coming up very soon! And here is how you are going to get paid!

Captain: $40,000
Vice Captains: $30,000
Crew Members: $25,000
Members: $15,000


Also, I have devised a way to determine if someone should rank up or not:

From Member to Crew: Posted at least 50 times, with 100 gold donated. Not been an a**.

Crew to VC: Posted at least 250 times, with 1000 gold donated. Not been an a**. Any VCs that were promoted before this, don't count.

VC to Captain: The VC who has posted the most AND donated the most upon the Captain's retirement will be the Captain. Also, the same VC who has don. and posted the most will be temp. Captain while the current Captain is off for more than three days.
