The Theme is pretty simple. Keep it gangsta yo, keep it gangsta. Be creative i'm sure you'll come up with a good look!
Baggy pants, bling, a grill? it's up to you. If you don't have any items there are plenty of starter clothes in the shops you can use that range fro 2g-50g! Cheap!The Rules:
-You know the drill. Follow ToS, don't be rude or offensive etc.
-Don't stretch the page (it's annoying)
-You have all weekend to participate! 19th, 20th, 21st
-To participate all you have to do is dress your avi according to the theme and post in this thread. Stay dressed until you see that you have been added to the list of participants
-there will be no a** capping or drive by shootings, but feel free to rumble in the dark alley if you have to!

NE is short for northeast because that's the side of town I live on. My city has a huge gang problem so I always hear their stupid slang.
