So heres a fun little game, Im curious To know what nationality of our world you feel best fits the Races of WoW, and explain your reasoning. (dont feel offended by any of these analogies, they are just for fun)
EXAMPLE:
Blood Elf: French, they are snooty and sophisticated like the french as well as having everything fancy.
Orc: Norwegian, more barbaric, manner-less race maybe Scottish?
Draenei: German, the obvious bulk and accent gives it all away. plus whats with the wierd polka/farie dance? =P
Dwarves: The Sweedish, they are annoying and own everything and no one knows why =s
Whats your input?

Dunno bout the other races, but I always thought the Draenai more like Russians as far as the accent goes. Also the dance comes from this which is definitely not German. >.>;;

I always thought of the Belfs as American. Full of themselves and just plain obnoxious. >.> I can't stand the way anything they do sounds. Dying, laughing, crying, /sillying... it's enough to make me /slap and mute the volume.
The Draenei, I pictured as middle eastern-ish because of certain jokes and their accents.
*showed my friend that video, and apparently he's been laughing for 50 minutes... even though it's only been like 5 or 6... "It has been if you have been laughing" he says. Never seen that before though XD Good stuff.*

I'd say the dwarves are german, they drink just as much beer (and love it just as much) as them. Also, the german suck at speaking english, so do the dwarves...
Draenei would have to be from Russia. They sound drunk when speaking the word 'Naaru', and who else than drunk people see light in dark corners?
Belfs... Yeah, I agree with blacklamb, they are american stare
Trolls... Jamaica. I sure hope I don't have to explain why...
Tauren would have to be from Turkey, since they love females with beard/hair.
Didn't mean to offend anyone and so on, just matched the topics theme...

Yes. Sign of maturity, imo, people who can joke about stereotypes, even ones of themselves, and still have a good sense of humour about it. Agreed at American one... hehe.

Dwarves are supposedly the ones that love females with beards/hair. In the tabletop RPG they do, at least. xP
