Wow, that's really pretty. Reminds me of this creepy old barn that was a ways down from my parents' house when I was a kid.

Fkn Brian Wow, that's really pretty. Reminds me of this creepy old barn that was a ways down from my parents' house when I was a kid. Thank you. I appreciate it. I've been told the female figure is much too distracting for the piece on a whole and that this needs tweaking, but I'm not sure what to do with it to be honest.

Not sure, if you take her out you have a lot of negative space and no focal point. I'd leave it as is smile .

Title: Lamp Light Medium: Mixed Program: Corel and Photoshop This is a combination of effects... Took a snapshot of mine of a lamp from a hotel room and did some digital painting right on top of the image... Followed up with a bit of post processing in Photoshop. Enjoy!

That's pretty cool. Almost makes me think of some of the artwork you'd see in some jazzy dim little coffee shop.

I like it, the lamp is unique.
And don't take the lady from the spooky barn hon. Brian's right. The image would loose a perfect focal point. She adds that certain something creepy to give the whole picture balance and poise. Without her, it wouldn't look right. Something would be missing.
Besides, if you kick her out, where would she go? It's not like she can nom tacos by herself..... unless there's a cantina or Taco Hell in the barn....

That's really pretty, I like the whispy sort of effect with the blurring. Looks like it could be a bit windy there.. I would definitely hang that in my room if it were poster sized.
