I have a boyfriend, chris, whom I love dearly. We have a very healthy sexual relationship and we have sex every few days. I love to have sex, and I love having sex with him, however he is always the first to c**. He can't last that long, the longest he's been is about 40 minutes during sex and latlely the longest he can seem to go is 10 minutes or less. I have even given him oral sex, then wait about 20 minutes so he will be able to have sex longer after oral and waiting, but even if he still can only last a little while. How can we work on him not cuming so fast? Is there any technique we can work on?
Thanks for any help.

40 minutes of sex is actually quite a bit. I believe the average for guys was something like five minutes during sex. So your guy is by no means abnormal.
Most girls take longer than their guys though, so there are a few extra things you can do to prolong sex.
1. Thick condoms: Thicker condoms dull sensations and make many men last a bit longer.
2. Warming lubricant/condoms: A lot of guys also claim to have dulled sensation when using a warming lubricant or when using a warming condom.
3. Lots of sex: Once a guy has an orgasm, he usually can't have another one very soon after. So you can have sex, give him oral sex, give him manual sex, or tell him to masturbate. Then you can try having sex an hour or two later. That's enough to make most guys last a bit longer. It sounds like you've tried this, and it hasn't worked for you yet. If your guy is young, that's probably the reason. Younger guys can usually have orgasms closer together than older guys. So this technique might work better in a few years!
4. c**k rings: Despite the vulgar name, c**k rings are great for many couples because they help guys keep erections for longer periods of time. They're also pretty inexpensive.

I usually last somewhere between 25-50 minutes and by tha time my girlfriend has already had 3-5 orgasms. Your guy actually seems above average on how long he lasts. I would suggest some sort of stimulant made specifically for women. Maybe its not tha he needs to slow it down, maybe you need to speed it up?

The last time me and my gf had sex it was for about 25 minutes(we had to stop or else she would have been late to school) and by that time she came 4 times. As the others have said said maybe you can try different positions that are more stimulating for you, for example my gf says what feels best for her is when she is on her back with her legs on my shoulders...

It take me far longer to calm down when having sex, so my boyfriend pauses for a few moments and fingers me to keep me at a high whilst he calms down and we can change to positions that stop him from coming so quickly.

Why not just keep having sex after Chris has cummed?

Mikusagi Why not just keep having sex after Chris has cummed? Because the p***s becomes painfully sensitive after cumming.

AShadowsEmbrace Mikusagi Why not just keep having sex after Chris has cummed? Because the p***s becomes painfully sensitive after cumming. It depends on the guy. Some guys are actually able to keep an erection and and continue having sex comfortably for a while after they orgasm.

I think frequently changing positions can help prolong it. It worked for my ex.

magickarma I think frequently changing positions can help prolong it. It worked for my ex. I agree with this one. usually if i feel im bout to c** we change positions and with the time it takes switching positions the feeling goes away and we can keep going.
