So, anyone gonna do it? It's like, Sept. 19th I believe. It's one of the few farce holidays I like (as with all the darma here in the house, it might be fun to do).

I've never heard of this holiday... is it actually a national thing or local? This being North Carolina, the only interaction with pirates people ever had was manning the lighthouses... that's about it. blaugh

It's national. Can't remember the website it was on... Known about it for a few years, but only got to do it last year.

I can't believe I missed it
literally; the day after it my buddy Nick was like "hey when's talk like a pirate day?"
totally slipped my mind; one of my favorite days crying
