I would say Sesshoumaru...since Sesshoumaru healing abilities as a demon are superb compare to a Shinigami who heals like a human
also Sesshoumaru unlike Byakuya doesn't need bankai or shikai to win

That is true. Shinigami can take more damage and deal with greater blood loss than a human without dying, but Sesshomaru-sama can heal great wounds in seconds, even wholes in his torso, that are a foot wide are nothing to him, so he definatle has the regeneration factor in his favor.

if its sesshomaru with both his arms then yeah he wins but with just one arm i say its fairly even

I think Sesshou with no arms and just one leg would make it even...he doesn't even have to transform into his demon dog form
