ok, I am faced with a discission that effects a lot of people. Even Lone will be shocked.
I get this e-mail from my dad. He has two houses and one is open now, and he wants me to think about moving back. The price is good and all, but, I have Lone to think about as well. Plus my kids and Paul and his mom and his sisters.
I miss Ohio and I would be right down the street from where I went to school at. My kids could know their other grandparents.
I dont know if my dad really wants me there, if he is just trying to unload the house, or what.
I know alot of you dont know me to personally, but any advice is helpful at this point.

You and Lone have a strained relationship with your father and he screwed you over the last time about the house- If he is serious about you moving here- it better be a cheap-a** rent and you needto get jobs- In fact, doesn't he outright own the houses? Until you are settled, he shouldn't charge you rent at all. As for moving to Forest Park- the school system is really not that good now- you might consider that!

Lone, you met my dad once when I took you and Sean to the pizza store as kids.
My dad does own the house, selling for 90K and it values at like 125K
idk. I am my dads only child now. the oldest brother does not belong to him and my baby sister passed away, remember in 2005. So it is me and I dont know if he really wants me there, or if he is tired of working and wanting to pass down the store, but the step mother would have a say on that too.
dad has been trying to patch things up with me for a while, he is just lousy at it.
