ohhh that. I seen pictures of those before.
Why is it always Indian with the weird birth things..they're doing something wrong.

Those diseases are so sad.. I believe it's a type of Harlequin-type ichthyosis. The baby is covered in (mostly) dimond shaped scales with cracks in the skin where it should bend. The baby is prone to really bad infections. Eyes, nose, ears, and mouth are usually deformed.
Very, very rare to live for long..
