So why is it only arguing when I'm trying to tell her what's actually going on because she's wrong, but when she's telling me something that is the opposite of my belief she is just "explaining things to me".

ugg I hate it when my mom says stop arguing! although it is usefull at times when I pick a fight with my brother to get out of work, and we get louder and louder until she intervienes and then I fight with her and ryan sides with me then after a minute I calm down and let them duke it out until ryan has to wash the dishes and I can go buy myself some chocolate :3... manipulative? maybe
