So here's just a little poll to see where all the gaians in SE come from! I hope alot of people vote and post!

So to make the first post, personally I'm from Canada.

I live in the province of Ontario in a small town. In this small town, it's not too long a drive to get to the places where stuff happens like Hamilton, Port Dover, Toronto.

Also we celebrate cornfest in my town XD Lmao. Which actually ended on August 17th this year. It goes for 4 days. Its a pretty small event though. It only happens in the park. XD And alot of people play baseball and hockey around where I live.

And the weather's pretty great up in south ontario. biggrin Summers are hot, winters are freezing, spring is cool-warm and rainy, fall is warm-cool/cold.

This summer has been pretty good, it's stormed alot though. But the temperatures have probably only got to 30-33 degrees celsius twice. Its mostly been 24-28 lately. Which is good. And it's also not too long a drive to the beach biggrin I'm a little picky about the beaches I visit though razz Even though they're all a part of ol' lake erie XD

Anyways, that's probably good. razz Cant wait to hear from SE.

I'm a US Gaian; from the Midwest States and incorrectly called a Jayhawker. I'm a Wildcat, actually. Purple and Silver forever! xD

Only real thing of note in my hometown is that it hosts the most famous week-long fair in the tri-state area: Neewollah. Spell it backwards and/or Google it to get what it really is. People come from as far as Wyoming to this fair; our hotels are booked for that one week for the next two years! We have parades, rides, and local talent for entertainment. Other than that, we're just your average rural town. :3

Weather is typical of the Midwest states: Bipolar; it can't make up its mind on whether it wants to rain us out or dry us up. We've actually had few tornadoes this year, despite that stereotype that The Wizard of Oz gave us.

United States-- Ohio, I live in a suburb of Cleveland....its a bit of everything weather-wise. But we really have nothing exciting....boring old Ohio. ^^

The good old USA...Or in other words...Under Shitty Administration..But anyways I'm from Michigan, we have freezing winters (Probably not as bad as you Candanians...) the snows up to our knee caps. Everyones getting laid off of work because Ford and GM are all moving to ******** China and those other populated countries....Just sucks here right now...

=___= yeah. Winter can be pretty bad. I honestly hate the cold. My hair freezes on the way to the bus stop and I get all cold ans sick, everything gets snowy and wet, then when you go into somewhere warm it all melts and soaks everything. I also usually slip on ice on the way to the bus stop. Sometimes more than once in one trip DX

The one few good things about winter:

- Tobogganing!
- Christmas!
- New Years!
- And snow days when I can stay home and on the computer all day!

But even with christmas, it's still an overall shitty season. XD
