Good Evening everyone!
So Ta pointed out that because of the growing size of our little ol' guild that's it's getting harder for us to know what's going on with every character. No you don't have to get rid of some of those precious characters *holds tightly on to her own characters*
What we are going to do is combine some of the areas that we roleplay in. What this means is that there wont be club threads (excluding the Host Club). Also some other threads will be combined as well. I'm going to take this lull in our playing to implement the new threads. Don't worry if your still roleplaying in an old thread you just will need to move on to the new ones once the current characters go on their separate ways.
I'll devote an individual post to each new area. Where there will be an explanation of what old areas are in the new area (including clubs). I'm hoping to make this as easy as possible.
All current threads that will not be used in the new update will be move to the archives. The new threads will appear hopefully tomorrow.
Also if for some reason this doesn't work out don't worry we can always switch back.
Here are the new threads (in no particular order): Classrooms Dinning Hall Central Salon and Rose Garden Foyer and Main Halls Gardens Sport fields Roof top pool Host Club Library Basement Infirmary

Threads that will remain as is (for the most part):
Host Club: The big difference here is that they will loose the sub-forum and all club activities that take place in the Third Music Room will take place here.
Rooftop Pool: This really doesn't fit anywhere else so it will remain as it's own.
Dinning Hall: The big difference here will be that the Culinary club will meet here.
Library: This will be ALL of the schools libraries, so people will have to specify which they are in.
EX: First Floor Library
This will only have to be done in your first post that you make in that thread so make sure to read other people's posts before assuming that they are in the same library as you. This will go the same for other combinations or rooms.
Foyer and Main Halls: This just has an add on of the halls that connect the wings of the school.
Infirmary: This I might get rid of once the current plot shifts people out... but we'll see.

Classrooms:
This will hold all classrooms (duh).
The current threads that will disappear in to this thread are: 10th grade homeroom 11th grade homeroom 12th grade homeroom
All clubs that will take place in this thread are: Science Club Art Club Orchestra Club Newspaper Club

This thread will home the following: Sakura Gardens Northwest courtyard
No clubs.

Sports Fields:
This will house mainly just the sports field, but the big thing here will be the club additions.
Clubs: Archery Soccer Karate Kendo Gymnastics
This thread will house the MOST clubs we'll see how this goes... most of the members seemed to meet in the field anyway.

Basement:
This is more for the dark magic club... but I know that those twins will use it along with Wara... so we'll see. If it doesn't get used very much then I might add the Dark magic club to the classrooms.

Central Salon and Garden:
Since the Central Salon and the Rose Garden are right next to each other, it makes sense to put them together, then having the Rose Garden with the other Gardens.
