Does anyone Know if this is True or Not because i've Heard so Many Different things and Personally My Paypal won't work and im from Australia.
I heard that the Southern Hemisphere got Banned,
i also Heard that Some Australians' can Buy it and some cant? what the HELL!

Well, I got a few errors like a year ago.
I found out that they'd recently updated PayPal.
Required a load of new verification stuff.
Like verify your address.
Or your phone number.
Or something. Try that.
Could just be paypal/nexon problems again.
Does Australia get nx cards?
London doesnt.
Plus, a few days without NX won't kill you.

o.O australian stores dont sell em.

and yeah ...i never had the problem with it ... a few of my mates asked for nx from me and it works perfectly
