As the doors to the stadium opened, contestants and spectators alike walked in. As the doors closed behind them a giant screen was shown switching through twelve field options. As each second passed the screen moved on until it finally stopped on...
The Electric Field!
The field is completely flat; no bumps or hills can be located. Standing at the four corners and at the exact center of the field on each side are six electrical towers that stand at six feet in height. These create a static discharge across the field and in the air itself for one reason: a metal piping that outlines the edges of the field floats several feet above the towers themselves, held up by the discharge. During the battle, the piping can release lightning at random points on the field due to the amount of buildup them possess. This ensures that your pokemon stay moving during throughout the entire battle.
