Story

User Image
Long ago when the Earth was at peace, both land and water was working together side by side. Despite their peace, no water creatures set foot on land due to human harassment of the more narrow minded. This was a great anger to the world of water, since humans were coming and going from both land and sea, taking the sea’s resources for their own and not allowing the creatures of the deep to harvest anything from their land. This bitter hatred grew decade by decade, resulting in a thin layer of piece that could snap at any second from the tiniest of actions from either side.

One land however was still peaceful, the Land of Blossoms. It stood in the middle of the Vast Ocean and was the founding place of all land creatures. Long ago, all land use to be connected to this one island, but eruption caused the land to separate into four separate land masses. At the top of the world was the Land of Ice, supporting humans and creatures of ice such as Yetis and the Polar Bear Tribes. This land was one of the smallest and every creature there was use to the intense winters. The east side of the world contained the Swamp Lands, a home to humans and swamp beasts, like the lizard men and Insectoid Tribes. This land was the largest of all the land masses and was the only land to support water based beings. The land to the west was the Land of Flames, supporting very few humans, but vast amounts of tribes that could survive the heat, like the Scorpion men and Naga tribes. This land was only dwarfed by the Swamp Lands in size, being the second largest land mass on the planet. It also held many deserts and tropical jungles due to its extreme heated weather. The last land was far to the south at the bottom of the world, the Land of Night. Its times of daylight were shorter than any other piece of land, a perfect home to creatures of the dark such as the Bat and Driddler tribes. Humans in this land had evolved to suit the darkness, becoming nocturnal creatures that fed on the blood of others for nutrients. Each piece of land, though separate from the Land of Blossoms, was linked.

Each land possessed a tree that gave the land life, each tree being different based on its environment. The Land of blossom was the center piece of these new lands, the grand center of life for the whole planet. It was the only place with peace on the world, having great beauty and clean waters. This place was sacred to humans and was placed as the creation of all life. The creatures of water were not born from the tree however, but from their own tree of life deep in the sea. It was first discovered by the Land of Ice that the trees were vital for land, without them, no land could exist. This was soon discovered by the creatures of water and a war campaign began to destroy each tree. The forces of water were too much for each land, but they did not surrender to the army of the water and fought on to defend their home.

Soon every land excluding the Land of Blossoms was destroyed due to the lack of life trees. Tribes from every part of the world that survived moved by sea to the Land of Blossoms to defend it from the remaining water army. The army of water was not limited in numbers and the government decided that the remaining numbers would all they would get in order to destroy the final piece of land. Both sides shared equal numbers in army count, thus creating a stalemate between the two sides. The creatures of land now fight the creatures of water to defend their last home, the last hope for survival for every creature that walks on the Earth.

It’s been thousands of years since that war and it still is on today, but less extreme due the stale mate created by both sides. Tribes now live in separate sections of the circle-like island that is the Land of Blossoms. Each tribe having a separate property equal to its neighbors, but some smaller tribes like the White Tiger Tribe, is forced to share with their cousins, the Tiger Tribe. Rare tribes are also forced to share and as population rise for the whole island. Soon it would be overpopulated after a decade. One answer was discovered at the Temple of Life that could solve the problem. The High Priestess of the temple had discovered the Tree of Life could make seeds and these seeds could in turn create new land if planted on small pieces of land, creating mass islands. However, the creatures of water would not let the creatures of land plant a single seed, resulting in a new spark for conflict among both sides once again.

The present is a time of conflict as the land creatures try desperately to plant New Life Seeds on pockets of land on the sea. The sea creatures try at every turn to stop them from achieving this goal. Some sea creatures sympathize for the creatures of land, joining them in their struggle to create land. These rebels often life in the Lake of Allies, specifically designed by the High Priestess for those willing to aid the cause. Humans take the land in the middle of the island being the most technically advanced tribe among all others. The other races that had human qualities were in separate pockets all across the land, but most of the Land of Blossoms was covered in wild forests of great beauty, filled with deadly creatures such as dragons and the uncivilized trolls. A few trolls had begun to form a tribe, but it was only starting out very small. Each race contributed to the army of land, despite the hatred between most tribes.

The High Priestess and the Day of Oracles

The way the High priestess is chosen is when she is born, She is holding a Gemstone that looks like a cherry blossom, they are always born on a sunny day when the tree of life is in bloom with white blossoms rather than the pink, this day is called the day of Oracles. On the day of Oracles, the tree almost seams to shimmer, and glow, and during that day, no water creature may set foot or fin on land or the tree would shoot them down, for if the High priestess is killed on the day of oracles. Another high priestess will never be born, and the Tree of Life, will begin to wither and die along with the land.

Land Races

The Human Tribe: This tribe of primates are said to be the first offspring of the Tree of Life, being titled its sons and daughters. Humanity is known as the weakest race when it comes to natural defense, but they rely mostly on tools and technology to be effective at survival. Humans of the Golden Age were quite intolerant of other tribes, but as they had to live with other Tribes on the Land of Blossoms, their tolerance has reached its max. Some humans have different skin tones or attributes, but really that is just what it is; Skin color and facial changes and it doesn’t really affect human views on each other. Most members of the Royal Life Council are human, but aren’t restricted only to humans.

The Lizard Men Tribe: These creatures dominated the Swamp Lands with their huge numbers. They were the most populated Tribe on Earth besides humanity. When the Swamp Lands fell, most lizard men took to the ocean and became part of the water creature’s population, but a few branches of the Tribe went to the Land of Blossoms to retain their land based heritage. Lizard men are one of the few tribes that contain attributes from more than just one animal, but only from reptiles.

The Vampire Tribe:
Humans that evolved to the Land of Night’s environment became these pale blood thirsty creatures. As they went to the Land of Blossoms, they became more civilized and controlled then their ancestors. Any race can become a Vampire by a simple bite to the neck, but the process can be cured within three days of infection simply by drinking water from the Holy Council. Vampires often carry this water with them so they can feed and soon cure their victims. Vampires follow a code of conduct that doesn’t allow them to enter homes unless invited. Due to the evolution of humans to vampires being absent of certain chemicals, vampires are weak against garlic and silver, but cannot be killed by it directly. The sun causes vampires to become weak and fall asleep or become extremely drowsy, since sun up means bedtime back in the Land of Night.

The Naga Tribe: One of the few races on Earth that contains attributes of more than one species. Naga are both human and snake and said to be the offspring of the Snake Tribe and the Human Tribe, but how is uncertain. They eat like regular snakes and like humans, but in the Land of Blossoms, it is forbidden to eat other Tribes members. To this day, very few Naga perform the forbidden process of eat prey whole, it is a taboo for any race to do so due to its cruel nature. Naga were the first to break this taboo and till this day are still frowned upon by most Tribes.

The Yeti Tribe: These large beasts thrive in the cold weather of the southern lands of the Land of Blossoms. Not many survived their journey from the Land of Ice since the land of Ice still holds islands up north consisting of Ice. Creatures from that land are very scarce in the Land of Blossoms since they could survive on the ice bergs and sheets of ice easily, so Yetis are very rare to see in the Land of Blossoms. Yetis were normally viewed as beasts, but some of them have been known to look less like beasts and more like tall blue humans. Tribe Yetis are usually humanoid looking; only difference is their bigger height, their horns, teeth, and blue skin. Primitive yetis are fully covered in hair and are quite barbaric like Trolls.

The Harpy Tribe: In every land back in the time, harpies ruled the skies over all other beings. Only the Harpy Tribes were sentient winged beasts, not many other creatures of the skies were sentient enough to make tribes. Their race was one of the few races that were dominant by one gender, one male being born every one-hundred years. This one male harpy was called the Phoenix King and ruled over the Harpy Tribes till his life ended. He alone would support the population of the Harpy Tribes similar to the rituals of the Black Dragon and Black Scale Lizard Tribe. Harpies use to feed mostly on smaller animals like humans and lizard men, but those food habits were abandon at the time when all the races went to the Land of Blossoms. The Red Feather Tribe is the leading branch of the Harpy Tribes, being the branch containing the Phoenix King.

The Feline Tribes: Under this title live many tribes, but they sum up to two very spate branches: The Nekos and the Pure Bloods. The Nekos are cat people that share cat like qualities, but look more human than anything else and often take residence with human tribes when not many options were given by a Neko Tribe. The Pure Bloods are the original cat tribe species and look closer to a wild cat then to a human. They are basically lions, tigers, and panthers that walk on two legs instead of four and have human based skeletal structure. Both tribe branches have a deep hatred for one another and this is constant with each tribe that shares a human based branch and a Pure Blood branch.

The Wolf Tribe: Like the Neko tribes, these tribes share two different types of Wolves within their population. However, they don’t despise each other and do not separate into two branches. Both types live together, but the Pure Bloods of the tribe are in danger of being over taken by the Half-Bloods due to constant inter-species relations with the Pure and the Half. Pure Bloods are very rare to see in the Wolf Tribe and are expected by law enforced by the Council of Life to only have relations with other Pure Bloods to keep up the population. Pure Bloods are wolves with a human like skeletal structure and Half-Bloods are human, but bear attributes of their Pure Blood brethren.
Thank you so much now two simple things remain, our profiles and then I will make the RP in the guild.

Myrukan Tribe: Myrukans used to be completely Human. That would not last however. The Myrukans banded together many years ago to stop a Sea Naga Witch from raining havok apon their tribe. The battle was long, with many casuaties, but at last the Elder reached the Witch, and impaled her apon his sword. However, she placed a curse apon their people, and all their decendants. Though living under the sun their skin would become as pale as if the sun's light had never reached it. Their hair would lose all color, and their sight would be taken from them. The effect was immediate apon her death, and the Myrukans were forever changed. Due to their appearance, and blindness, the Myrukans were no longer considered human by the others, and were Annexed from the Human tribe. Since then, the Mirukans have adapted well to their disfigurements. The Lizardmen were the only ones to help them in the begining, giving them food, and building them homes. The two tribes have co-existed peacefully since. Relationships wit hthe Human tribe were distrustful at best

The Fairy Tribe: One of the most magical creatures existence, matching right with such races as the water’s mermaids, Fairy’s are greatly known for the expertise in magic at young ages. Fairies are considered an insect based race due to their wings, but unlike the gruesome appearances of their insect brethren, Fairies have a natural beauty not seen in insect races. There are many types of Fairies that have each unique abilities based on their tribe. Male fairies are rare, but not extinct; they appear in low numbers due to similar practices used by races like the Harpy Tribe.

The Kitsune:
Due to their low number, the Kitsune were put together with the Fox Tribes when it came to the combining of smaller species to larger ones. The Kitsune live longer than most races and thus don’t need to keep up their numbers like other races with shorter life spans. The fact that they are spirits makes many wonder why they decided to interact with the physical beings of Earth. Due to the destruction of the land, most spirits beside the Kitsune began to take the form of water like creatures. Only one Kitsune is currently known in the Land of Blossoms, she is known as Maia Red and is considered one of the oldest beings on land besides the Tree of Life.

Shadow Elf Tribe: Unlike their High or Dark Brethren, Shadow Elves only are expert in the art of Shadows. Their real focus other than their magical shadow manipulation is their art for combat and warfare. Despite their abilities, the Shadow Elves have been one of the many forgotten races since the time of Land and Sea. It is rare to see one, they are often hunted by other Elf Tribes to finally eliminate what little is left of that Tribe. Gifted of the Shadow Elf Tribe often inherit the ability for Blood Lust, which causes a battle frenzy to take hold of the Shadow Elf and cause a seemingly uncontrollable barrage of attacks. During their golden years, Shadow Elves often served as assassins due to their ability to Shadow Jump and their Elfish nature of stealth.

Other Tribes: There are plenty of other Tribes not listed yet and it’s up to you the Role-player to make them known. You basically can make your own Tribes and I can list them as official Tribes. All Tribes are animals with humanoid figures or humans with an animal half or small bits of animal attributes, this being Centaurs or Nekos. Other species like dragon and gryphon are an option, but they don’t usually make tribes due to their barbaric wild nature.

Water Creatures

Water Species: The creatures of water are not all the same, they too have different species, but don’t separate one another into tribes like the creatures of land. This led them to great success when battling the land creatures in the olden age. However, many creatures of water are different from one another and have their own sections of water they are found mostly in. The waters around the Land of Blossoms are called the Forbidden Sea to all water creatures due to the presence of land and its creatures nearby. Very few non-war settlements like farms and homes exist around the waters there, but it mostly consists of water military areas. Warriors and Soldiers often raise families near where they work which resulted in the resident areas close to the Land of Blossoms. The troops never tell their families of the horrors seen on the fabled thing called land, only heard by their children through elders and their parents as bed time stories.

The Mermaids: This species is the primary bulk of the water creatures’ population, but they can never support the war on land unless they are users of magic. Their tails prevent walking on land and thus must use magic to transform their fins to legs to travel on land. Even when they change their fins to legs, attributes like head fins, eyes, and scales don’t change. Mermaids are the females of the species a Mermen are the males, but it was unknown how the race was entirely named on the female gender. Mermaids specialize in magic and healing, one type of magic user is a Siren whose magical voice can encourage their troops to fight harder or weaken the moral of enemy troops. They also bear the ability to control water naturally, but not in small amounts or under certain conditions like if a creature contained water inside them. Mermen often become town guards and don’t practice magic like the females.

Converted Species: Some races converted to water races when the land crumbled into the ocean, a common example is the Sea Naga species and the Aqua Lizard Men. Many species bearing reptile attributes quickly adapted to the sea and evolved into water based versions of their land brethren. Respectfully, these species do not often join in the fight at the Land of Blossoms due to their heritage.

Sea Warriors: These human like creatures are a pre-evolved stage of mermaids and not many of them exist still in the world since inter-relations with the evolved stages of their kind has caused them to slowly drain away from the population. They look a lot like humans, but they have pure colored eyes and gills at the neck. They are often hated by most races under the sea, but were the main force of attack when the war first began. Today they are small in number in the waters of the Land of Blossoms, but they do often hold high ranks; it is rare to see a Sea Warrior private.

Other Tribes: There are plenty of other Tribes not listed yet and it’s up to you the Role-player to make them known. You basically can make your own Tribes and I can list them as official Tribes. All Tribes are animals with humanoid figures or humans with an animal half or small bits of animal attributes.

Land Profiles

Characters Name: Rikku
Age: 17
I fight for: Land
Race: Half wolf
Appearance: User Image
Biography: She is the High Priestess of the Land of Blossoms, and although she is young she is loved by most. When she was born there was much controversy, because she is the first non human to be born as High Priestess. SHe is not the 'official' leader of the Land of Blossoms, She may as well be. When there are battles she is out there fighting along side the warriors rather than sitting in her castle like the rest of the council wants her to.
Personality: Happy and upbeat, a very morally stable girl who goes after what she believes, and doesn't let it go.
Powers/abilities and weaknesses: She uses alot of light magic, and defensive magic, however if she gets attacked physically she is weak.

Gaian Name: Minron
Characters Name: Grimloq of the Blue Scale Tribe
Age: 157
I fight for: Land
Race: Lizard Men
Appearance: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y44/Inuyasha1888/Carnosaur_by_andreauderzo.jpg
Biography: Grimloq is the chief of the strongest and largest of the Lizard Men Tribes; The Blue Scale Tribe. He is the elder of the tribe and a council member of the Council of Life representing all reptile species such as the Naga Tribe and the Green Scale Tribe. He his highly respected by all reptile races as their true leader, without him, the reptilian tribes would be unrepresented by the council since more reptilian based tribes are close to being barbaric. Grimloq rides a mount called a Carnosaur and only the oldest of beings have ever managed to tame such a blood crazed beast. During his first few years of age, his father and mother were currently in command of the Blue Scale Tribe, but this was also the time of the Reptilian Civil War on the Land of Blossoms for leadership rights. When Grimloq came into power at the age of thirty when his parents passed away, he ended the war with a treaty, which was unheard of at the time for a Lizard Men Tribe to even consider. Under his rule, peace had ruled over war within the Land of Blossom’s reptile tribes, but the war of land and water was what Grimloq specialized at. His forces alone in the northern lands single handedly manage to hold the line against the army of the sea and under his leadership, even made the northern lands a strong point that the army of water no longer views as a potential attack area.
Personality: Grimloq is wise and caring for all land based beings, but despises the creatures of the water more than anything else. It was recorded only a few years ago that he tried to drive the land friendly water creatures back into the ocean. Now he tries a more subtle approach and blames all problems on the water creatures located in the lake of the Land of Blossoms. His greatest concern is to gain equal respect from all races for his tribe, which wasn’t too difficult due to his major accomplishments in the war.

Race: Kitsune : Kitsune are spirit foxes that manifest physically on the planet for 1000 years until they gain ten tails for each century they live. They are a generally carefree species that is rare in the Land of Blossoms.

User Image User Image
Biography: She was Raised by herself, due to the fact that her family was killed by the Mermaid tribe while she was too young to remember. She lived as a fox for one hundred years until she realized what she truly was. Now she checks in on Rikku, to make sure the high priestess is alright, almost every day. Her ranks with the Lizard men are near the bottom, she had many dissagreements with them long ago and is still despised to this day, though she will fight for all land tribes if it means defending her home. She considers herself a myobu kitsune, one that is pure and decent.
Personality: She appears cheerful and talkative on the outside, but on the inside she feels lonely and sad, She is detirmined to smile, even in the presensce of a Lizard man.
Powers/abilities and weaknesses: She has a hoshi no tama (Star ball) that she uses to fire attacks of intense heat upon her enemies. The ball also is able to grant wishes up to an extent. She is defenseless without her tails, which she will hopefully never lose, and has no forms of defense besides her attacks, and attacks are not really good defenses.

Gaian Name: Kelethor
Characters Name: Seth Farshard
Age: 32
I fight for: The Land
Race: Half-Myrukan Half-Human
Appearance: Like all Myrukans Seth has clouded, grey eyes. Unlike the rest of his people though, he does not share the grey hair, or pale white skin of his people. Seth's hair is a light brown, and falls only slightly past his shoulders. Over his eyes, to hide their color, Seth wears a brown blindfold, made of simple cloth. Whil his body is well muscled, he doesn't have the look of a brawler. Only enough to pull back the longbow that rests in a holster by his side. The only other weapon visable on him, besides the quiver of arrows on his back, is a long knife, in a sheath along his left arm.
Seth dons a green-grey cloak, underneath which he wears a chain shirt. He wears leather leggings, and boots, with no other protection offered. Hanging from a silver chain, around his neck is a silver medallion, with a Lark carved into it. Other than that no other valuables are worn, or carried on his person. While he carries no major scarms, many small ones are scattered across his body. Most of them very old.
Biography: Seth had a hard time adapting to his blindness as a child. He often fell cut himself, or crashed into others growing up. Though, like all Myrukans, Seth learned to use his ears to replace his eyes. At the age of nine Seth began being taught archery from his mother. Since the target made no noise, his father would crouch behind it and shout. Seth caught on quickly. His life was uneventful untill he turned sixteen. That is when he, like all Myrukans before him, had to face his trials. Though his father, being Human didn't approve of it, Seth's mother insisted that he followed his peoples' ways. After surveying him, and assessing his abilities the Village Elder decided apon Seth's trial. One of the most difficult a young Myrukan had ever faced. Seth was tasked to live in the wilderness for three months, taking only his bow and fourty arrows. If he survived, he then had to bring back the carcass of a mother bear.
Seth spent a difficult three months in the woods. Often starving himself to conserve his arrows. He had not been taught how to fletch, even so, he didn't have a knife. He lived, after which Seth spent over a week tracking a bear, they were scarce, even if he did find one it had to be female, and fully grown. A month later than he was assigned to spend in the wilderness, Seth returned, dragging the Mother bear behind him. That is when Seth officially entered manhood, and earned his singing medallion. Eight years later Seth was elected as the official Ambassador for the Myrlukans. An office he has carried out efficiantly. Though, negotiations have become much harder with recent conflict. The Humans believe that they Myrlukans could betray them, the Naga have always been distrustful, and the Lizard Men seem to be the only ones willing to trade for needed supplies.
Personality: Seth is non-chalant, but not layed back. He speaks blunt truth, and can almost seem emotionless. While this is not true, he isn't able to express emotion the way other people do. Seth tries to look out for those he's with to the best of his abilities, though, he always tries to keep himself out of danger as well. Truthfully he became the way he is because of the trial that he was tasked with. That single month without Human contact, simply made him forget about how to express himself to another person. Over the years he has become better at doing so, but is still far away from what a regular person can express.
The only time Seth can be known to express joy is subtly, when listening away from others. Like most of his people, Seth has always had respect, and finds joy in the sound of songbirds. With his ears being the most highly tuned, and important part of his body, the natural music sooths him like nothing else. His only company during that month in the wilderness.
Powers/abilities and weaknesses: Seth has greatly enhanced hearing ability, and is able to pinpoint targets, and warn him of aproaching allies and enemies before they would fall within his sight range. Seth has also trained all his life in the use of a bow, and has high accuracy when using one. While both of those abilities are useful, they come at a cost. Seth is completely blind, like all Myrlukans. As such, even with his knife he cannot defend himself well against any number of close range attackers. As stated, Seth can have a hard time communicating emotionally, and as such, his point can be missed, or what he is trying to say can be completely misinterpreted.

Gaian Name:GS Sailor Eridani
Characters Name: Ruri Taka
Age: 60
I fight for: Land
Race: Weregryphon
Appearance: In Human Form: Ruri has long black hair reaching to the middle of her back. Her eyes are a dark green color with brown flecks. She typically likes to wear a black short kimono with green feathers stitched into it and a pair of black sandals with matching tabi.

In Gryphon Form: Her fur and feathers are black shading to a dark purple. Her beak matches her feathers except the very tip which is a slightly darker shade of purple then her feathers. Ruri can stand either in a upright format to fight or walk, or she can walk on all fours.
Biography: Ruri spent the first half of her life in a quite community of harpies that took her in when she was very little. Nothing really ever happened in the forgotten place, people found mates, raised children, and went about their daily lives...Ruri hated it. She had always been the rebel of the group, getting into fights much to the chagrin of her master and family. Ruri had read much about the world beyond the village and had wished to see it for herself. Under the cover of darkness, Ruri slipped out of her house and out into the forest beyond. Once she made her way into human territory she wandered into the nearest town to see what life was like in it. Only then did she realize what a mistake she had just made. Daylight broke the horizon just as she wandered into the town market, and Ruri transformed in front of all the people setting up for the days sales. Needless to say, she had to fight her way back out again. She simply would not give up at that rejection, and she started to head for the next town. She had better luck with this town, even stopping a thief from robbing a house, but the same thing happened. As soon as she stepped out into the sunlight, the town guard was called and she was beaten out of town. This time, the beating was worse, because she simply refused to strike the weaker humans and they called in something they called a mage and tried to kill her...Humans did not fight on equal terms. A long time latter, she met the love of her life, and as God does have a sense of humor, he was human, but a warrior like herself. He was hired to kill her, but found in the last second that she was no monster. They lived together for a time, until a strange group of people took him away from her. They said he committed crimes and that he would have to be put to death. Ruri wanted to walk out into the daylight and stop them, but her love smiled at her, shook his head, and followed them, after mouthing "I love you." one final time. The next day, she went into the village that they lived by and it was swarming with the news that a great assassin was captured and put to death matching the description of Ruri's love, she didn't eat or sleep for many days after. Many a few years latter, she was ridding though another city, with her cloak up to keep the sun and people away, she heard a rumor about another man matching the description escaping from a castle dungeon. After a bit of checking around she found that it was her lost love, and she has been searching for him ever since.
Personality: Ruri is head strong and stubborn. She likes to get her own way and she likes to pick the way she chooses to get it. At the same time though, she hates injustice and will fight for what she believes in.
Powers/abilities and weaknesses: Heighten senses, Strength and Speed. In Gryphon form: All of the above except her flight ability because she left her home before they taught her how. At the same time she can not go out in the daylight without a cloak on because she will transform.

Gaian Name: Mordric Palentium
Characters Name: Sergrin Waterwalker
Age: 1100
I fight for: Land

Race: Half-Shadow Elf/ Half Sea Warrior

Appearance: User Image
(Green bandanna covers the ears and gils at the back of the ears.)

Biography: The last the long forgotten race, brought on by the years of peace before the war. The most sought after prize by the Sea Warriors due to him being thought of as an abomination. After the war started, Sergrin's parents were killed and he was smuggled away by a fellow villager. He was the placed on the door step of a knight who had discarded his armor sometime ago to live a peaceful life. All of that changed when the boy was left at his door, crying. The old knight took care of the boy, and trained him in everything he knew, swordsmanship, chivalry, and even farm work. Then the day came when the war moved to their door step, the old knight protected the now young man and was killed for it. In a fit of rage, Sergrin's powers kicked in and he slaughtered his “father's” killers. When he woke up from his blood lust, he buried the old knight and ran away from the place that had been his home for so long. As he wandered he saved a village from a beast that was attacking, and decided, after finding it was a good way to make money, to make that his profession in life. Sergrin saved many villages and finally came to one being plagued by a winged creature that only came out during the day. He fought it once, only to have it escape from him while he tried to chase it down. That night, a black haired girl introduced herself as Ruri, and came out right and asked him, “What did I ever do to you?” Stunned by this proclamation, he decided to take care her and find out all he could about her. After awhile of traveling, he found that he couldn't live without her. When the Sea Warriors found him again instead of risking her safety he left with them, and then escaped shortly after. Not wanting to lead them to her again, he has been protecting her from afar.

Personality: Sergrin is happy go lucky until something angers him then he becomes something dangerous. He is also extremely intelligent due to his age and tends to come off as sarcastic when all he is really doing is pointing out something obvious to him.

Powers/abilities and weaknesses: He has the ability to control shadows and move though them but loses control of them once inside one. If there is no shadows to jump through, he is stuck in that area with no place to go. Sergrin as an incredible ability to use dual swords (Scimitars) and can breath underwater. Lastly, the people who are hunting him are looking for his identifying traits ( Ears and Gils ), if these are ever found by one of the water people he would be killed on sight.

Gaian Name: Minron
Characters Name: Mizu Daishou
Age: 35
I fight for: Water
Race: Sea Warrior: These people of the water evolved from humans similar to mermaids, but they lack the half of the body that makes the mermaid what it is. Instead, they are humans with webbed feet and posses eye sight that is keen for reflecting light for deeper areas of the ocean. Sea Warriors are very rare, since most of their kind evolved into other sea life, but a few of their kind still remain.
Appearance: User Image
Biography: Mizu was born into a world of peace for the creatures of water and he enjoyed it greatly. When he grew older, he learned there was still a place where peace was not as frequent as the rest of the world; The Land of Blossoms. Mizu’s father was a general for the army of water and worked all of his life to end the rebellion of the land tribes. His mother was also a warrior; the entire Sea Warrior race was fighters for the Water Council’s cause. During Mizu’s growth to become a warrior like his parents, he had heard news of their death by the army of the land. As a child merely ten years old, he didn’t understand why the creatures of land fought so hard for something he didn’t understand as well. Mizu made it his life goal to end the land resistance and return peace to the world of the sea.
Personality: Mizu is a hard working individual and tries his best to achieve what he thinks is right for the world. He would gladly give his life to end the war and put an end to the land creature’s rebellion.

Gaian Name: Chloe agnew
Characters Name: Tai
Age: 19
I fight for: Water
Race: Mermaid
Appearance: User Image
Biography: He lost his parents to the war, when the land creatures were trying to plant another life tree, his parents tried to stop them, they did however they died in the process. His parents are considered heroes, and he now dwells in their shadow. His cold demeanor and fast mouth, are just a cover up to hide the kid in him that still hurts daily... the only person he really looks up to and respects is Mizu.. because they share a similar past.
Personality: Hot blooded and ready to fight, He has a 'me against the world' complex, and doesn't usually talk to others, and if he does, he is usually yelling at them, he has a foul mouth as bad as his temper.
Powers/abilities and weaknesses: He is a master in water control, however since he is a mermaid, he is bound to the water. He moves around on land by riding a wave of water. He can easily be taunted into falling into traps, but that doesn't mean he isn't smart.. he is just proud.

Gaian Name: Hiro Cascade
Characters Name: Jigoku A. (Aisu) Gogaku
Age: 19
I fight for: Water
Race: Humanoid Panlong --- Panlong = Water dragon.
Appearance: Jigoku
Biography: Born among the Panlong's, a species of water creature or dragon to be specific, Jigoku remains as one of the very few and dwindling. They and him do not hold any major political positions among the water kind. However, they and him do hold great wisdom and battle experience. Because of the rarity of finding Panlong's, it is considered good luck to find one. It is even better to have them in army ranks or to wed one. Jigoku is one of the few in the Water Land's army.
However, Panlong's must be handled gently or else they can become berserk. This trait has passed onto Jigoku, but he tries his best to not be overwhelmed.
Personality: Jigoku is a reasonable being, not liking to fight often. However, if he must fight, then he shall. Otherwise, he can be seen trying to form treaties between water tribes and land tribes alike, although these treaties do not remain peaceful for very long at all. If someone close to him comes to harm, then a wrathful side of him makes itself known.
Powers/abilities and weaknesses: If near or in water, Jigoku is capable of forming reverse-whirpools: Imagine a tornado upside down, the swirling top the water, and the tail in the air. From this attack and other sources of water, Jigoku can cause a variety of attacks that are exclusive to his kind. Very limited in ice and storms. However, he must carry a bottle or several bottles of water at a time when out of the water (which is often). Otherwise, he will become dehydrated and die. Also, he is unable to create water (can't form pools out of humidity, use spit) or use fearsome attacks from small sources such as puddles. He is practically useless if visiting a desert or similar dry lands. It is humorous to occasionally find his comrades spilling bottles of water onto dry ground in order for him to create attacks out of.

Growing up in the sea, she had adapted to its people and their culture. She hated her never-seen parents, who abandoned her when she needed them. One day, the old mermaid, who was like a mother to her, was killed by some land creatures during a swim near the land. Her hatred towards the land creatures deepened. In her heart, though she refused to alacknowledge them, some of the hatred originated from her jealousy of the land creatures’ lives and the feeling of losing a happy family that she was entitled to.

"Let the gates open and the people inside, this Role Play has begun!"

"I wonder what this meeting is about..."

Grimloq was the first to enter the council chambers, he usually was even before the High Priestess herself. He had a great respect for the Council, even for its Water Creature members despite his hatred for them. As Grimloq entered, the audience seated around the council room took notice almost as soon as he stepped into the room. Often, the council would have regular civilians attend the meetings so they could spread the news to other Tribes. This way, no Tribe was left out of the loop if something important happened within the Land of Blossoms. Grimloq took his seat nearest to the exit since the council had no assigned seats, except for the Priestess and her more than average council chair. Grimloq was hoping this meeting was called for good news and not the usual garbage about civil conflict among the tribes. The reptilian tribes were always kept in check, but the mammals always seemed to have problems. Grimloq had a few mammal tribes under his guidance, but they weren't directly under his banner sort to speak. They were merely adopted tribes that when grown strong enough to survive as a community were abandon to develop further. The High Priestess was the only member of the council who had Grimloq's absolute respect; every other member was untrust worthy by Grimloq due to previous issues a few years back. Grimloq threw up his feet onto the table since no one else beside the spectators were there and they weren't really paying attention to the old lizard since no one else had arrived yet.

"I swear you are always so early." Rikku said walking into the grand council chamber, she bowed gracefully to the civilians who had came to sit in on the meeting before she took her place in at the table. "Seriously I honestly don't understand why you are always trying to make me look bad by being super early.... " She laughed. "So the other councilmen should be here shortly. "I would assume one of them called the meeting because The Day of Oracles will be coming up in a couple weeks." She said calmly as another member of the council entered and silently took his seat.

"You have me all wrong Rikku, I come early because I never like being late. The Day of Oracles to my people is known as the Day of Awakening, we celebrate with vast consumption of exotic drinks and food. I came here to announce the festival to the council and get pardon from defending the northern regions for a day or two. The celebration is very important to my people and if we are not allowed to have a Festival of Awakening, it would bring bad omens to my people."

Grimloq didn't know what the meeting was about, but he was there for another reason then the subject at hand; the festival was very important. It signified the day the Gods of Grimloq's tribe gave the gift of civilization to his people; not celebrating it would anger their gods. This festival was dedicated to the Goddess of Union; it was one of the few types of the Festival of Awakening that was allowed to be attended by all. Most of the other festivals were reptilian races only and even occasionally Lizard Men only.

Ruri kept her cloak pulled up as she entered the council chamber. She had to keep reminding herself as she pushed her way though the crowed room that she was doing this for information and if it proved to be worthless, she could leave. Ruri sat down as far from the priestess's chair and the council members as possible. She didn't want to cause them to notice her at all, and perhaps unveil her for what she was. Who knew what powers the priestess had or how she would use them...

"Well if they don't pardon you, I will don't worry." She said smiling kindly as she scanned the cround, looking directly at Ruri, and cocking an eyebrow and giving her a peculiar, 'you cant hide from me' look. Then she just smiled kindly and waved at her. "I would never allow the rest of the council to tell you no, besides even if they say no, you can do it anyways. I don't know any of the council members that would dare stand up to you." She smiled as the other council members began to enter.

((Damn it, I have to go.. I was hoping I would be able to be online longer.... oh well, I will be on later.))

Maia peered into the council room, nothing was happening, but it appeared as if the high priestess was conversing with a lizard man. She silently hissed in distaste and strode into the room, swishing eight poffy tails behind her. She took a seat on near the back, where most of the civilians always sat. "What's the topic this fine day?" She asked casually outloud.

She rolled her neck in Grimloq and Rikku's direction. Her rash voice was shaped out over centuries of discrimination from all races. She really wasn't even expecting an answer. She just wanted to pass the time.

Her tails wagged slowly, she was a little anxious as to what the council members were about to say. Whatever was ahead in her future, she wouldn't be on Earth much longer to live it out, her time was running short.

Ruri saw from the back of the crowd that the high priestess was staring in her direction. After doing a double she realized it wasn't in the general direction...it was AT her. She gulped and slid down in her seat trying to conceal herself at little bit better. "Great, now I'm in for it...but wait a second.." Ruri thought and pushed herself a little higher in her seat just to see the priestess again. The women had waved and smiled at her?! That was strange. Another person sat down beside her and asked a question which for some odd reason Ruri answered. " I don't know yet. They really haven't said anything of importance."
