your proportions are kinda off-like the forearm being too short nd the crotch is too high up the torso looks great but i think it'd help quite a bit by relaxing the shoulders i tihnk his facial [removed](mouth) might add to the stiffness, perhaps if his face were relaxed too it'd help? but i really like your coloring nd the way you shaded the torso nd abs biggrin

Tips on getting rid of stiffness:
try a different pose - straight on poses are often the easiest, but always seem the most formally posed.
Also - get to know the anatomy a little bit more. Even men have some curves. wink
These work for me!

The best advice I can give to help you overcome the stiffness in your poses is to draw from RL very... VERY fast.
Seriously.. it works and you'll improve significantly from it.
Go to a busy area like a mall or a restaurant and draw 15 sec gesture drawings of people. Count it too... 15 secs. And just get the basic body proportions.. it's not meant to look human but you'll eventually get the hang of the curvature of the human body and it will help.
