We should hold a party at my town to invite some new members to the guild. I have met a lot of other people that do not know what a guild is. They could be the best members. There should be a prize offered to the person who gets the most people to join. I am betting the amount of members would go up greatly. So with the Captains a VCs permission would this be possible. I do not know how to post a party in the directory. Can not wait to here of the decision on weather the party will happen.

I think it is a great idea, we should do it when most of the members can come. so, mybe we need to do a poll on when is the best day and hour to meet at the town for a party!

Yes that sounds like a very good idea thanks for the idea. For the time in which all could participate in the party would have to be for one to two days long. This would eliminate the need to be exact on Gaia time. Whenever you could get there is when you can get there. If there is a need for a time for most people to be there that could be done, but with lenience on everyone being on time. I looked at the time table of Gaia and the time goes past so fast that no one will be exact. If you can put a date & time below when you can be online, that would give us a date in which everyone could attend.

Problem with that is time zones ... It's 1:11pm for me right now but it about 5 o'clock for people like Meleny ... who live on the opposite coast ... I think that haveing it for the day or whatever sounds much better

Sorry guys I'm back. I've been going to the movies a lot lately and to my friends house. It sounds like an excellent idea and i do agree with katt. It should be a day long. All you have to do to make a directory is click on the little brown signs on towns and make one. it costs one thousand gold, i think. I could help with that. and i could also help with the competition part if you need it.

about 3 days before the official day of the party...
and if the time is a problem...
