Appearance: Rome is a naturally handsome man, save for a large gouge in the bridge of his nose and a number of miscellaneous scars that mar his face from the many tests he was subjected to in his younger days. His complexion is naturally tan giving a sunbathed look all year round. He is well toned and muscled from sheer genetics and strenuous training. His hair color is a natural lime green but has since been permanently corroded by his use of the antithesis property to become a stark black. He has taken to dying streaks of purple through it but with out proper care it always returns to black.
Situated on select portions all over his body there are several patches of lime green skin set in a straited pattern similar to those found on a namek. They are most prominent before his joints save for his hands and feet. They are likely specialized muscle apparatuses allow for greater muscle utilization and extension.
Following a already growing theme his once red eyes have also been faded by the use of antithesis and faded to a soft yellow or gold.
Like a Saiya-jn he has a long monkey's tail but in his instance it is lime green in color and is incapable of allow him to go into Oozaro form from his rather odd genetic persuasion.
Abilities:
Ki Manipulation - Like many other fighters capable of molding life energy he is capable of channeling his ki into various balls, auras, barriers, beams and spheres and shapes of varying destructive power. This also allows him to manipulate is body to perform feats others could only imagine.
Ki Detection - Over great distances Rome is capable of tracking an intended targets energy signature.
Ki suppression - a technique used to keep ones self from being detected. It is performed by forcibly lowering ones energy level.
Zanzoku - The ability to leave an after image by moving faster than the light can follow.
Bukujustu - Forming a Ki aura that expends energy as a form of propulsion
Kienzan/ Destruto disc - A saw blade like ki attack made popular by the Dragonball character Kuririn/Krillan. A flat disc of ki with a high surface pressure spun at high velocity.
Ki blade- Condensing ki about an appendage, a consistent blade of energy can be formed at various levels of surface pressure. Depending on the level of condensing and surface pressure, a ki blade can be far stronger than even its metal counter part.
Kiai - A ki enhanced scream of sorts. Capable of destroying objects that susceptible to high frequencies. It is generally too weak to be used as an attack but serves an higher purpose of focusing the users concentration.
Makenkosappo/Special Beam cannon- Charging the index and pointer finger at the forehead, the user releases 2 simeltameous beams at once. One fires straight while other spirals about it. Upon collosion this enacts a drill like effect.
Kamehameha- The iconic blue ki wave that formed by charging energy from the palms in a clam shape. It has considerable destructive power
Burst wave- Mainly used as a defensive measure, it is an quick charge burst of ki that releases in shockwave around the body. It immediately diffuses a ki barrier as it consumes a charged aura.
Crush bullet- Similar concept to the burst wave, but instead of covering the whole body it is formed into sphere of force of varying sizes and thrown at high velocity. It has considerable concussive force. It is invisible to the untrained eye.
Confucius steal beam- A beam of red ki fired from the index finger. It has no destructive capacity but acts as a tracer that analyzes ki/energy wavelengths and sends it back as psychic signal.
Nidehoug/Makenkosappo V2 - Charged like the Makenkosappo, it releases identical as well but can be directed and seperated after being fired. Strongest when combined for drill effect.
Ki Turret- Following a Confucius steal beam, a beach ball sized sphere of Ki is thrown into the air that can hover stationary or follow an opponent continously firing of bursts of ki until it consumes itself.
Masochist burn- A specialized ki barrier that instead of diffusing or deflecting ki it absorbs the energy and transfers it back to Rome's reserves. All the damage recieved is taken at full force.
Diffusion - Similar to Kage Bushin technique used by ninja's Rome can divide his energies between identical clones of himself. Each clone is equal to half the energy of its parent clone. If a clone is slain it has no effect on the others save loss of energy and knowledge. When recombined, the accumlated knowledge is shared.
Antithesis Property: The property that governs black holes that is commonly known as dark energy. In laymens terms Rome has learned to control how long energy stays absent after ki is used. Depending how much of this property is used it causes varying effects. Many use the property without its knowledge. Over use of this property will eventually kill user due to self degradation and decay.
Hell Cast: Antithesis variant of the Kamehameha. Due to the property it takes on a gray to black color crackling with bolts of white electricity. On top of causing damage it causes continous decay which makes things continue to break down long after the attack has diffused. ie. wounds don't close, bones take longer to mend. May require cateurization or severing to end effect.
Kuroki: Adding the antithesis to general ki attacks at a low concentration induces a fatigue effect on the target when struck. Most common application.
Roman Death ball: A massive black Ki sphere is charged with an Antithesis core. It is unextinguishable unless the core is some how destroyed from the inside out or until it expels all of its energy. Firing on it only feeds it. It makes for a practical barrier. Can also be struck like a play ball. Has awesome destructive capability.
Genocide burst: Antithesis variant of Burst wave. Frightening power consumes all in its path. Induces accelerated decay as well as having a great deal of concussive force. Retains reflective power.
Genesis/Dispersion: A specialized use of the Antithesis property that can instantanously transport an intended target over great distances. It works by breaking the intended target down and then reassembling it at specified location This can be used to reformat simple structures into new shapes.
Growth/Hyper extension: Rome can stretch his limbs and torso several times beyond their natural dimensions.
