Ok he is a dumb a** he shouldnt have chinese background if he is talking about japan. Some of those places may be exclusive clubs and things and Japanese people want to enjoy that with other japanese. We arent very fond of foreigners but they are always welcome. He is just mad because he couldnt go in! I could blaugh

I could also go in, well I am a "foreigner" but I'm also pretty much full Japanese but born in America.
If I didn't get mistaken for being full chinese or Korean. emo

Lol girl I thought you were Korean too! I dont know how I can tell differences anyway. Yeah you may be a foreigner but you're still japanese. You are still one of us. I'm a little different since I'm not all Japanese!

Asians can tell the subtleties between one other, as Europeans and Latins can. And also tend to throw hissyfits if other people can't.

On the original topic, though, I think any country has it's share of people saying"THIS COUNTRY IS THE BEST/WORST AND IF YOU DON'T SEE THAT YOU'RE BLIND AS A BAT"

I think that, realistically speaking, those were exclusive clubs or something along those lines (like Chiharu said). I only watched the video once, but I think one of those pictures was of a love hotel. I can understand them not wanting foreigners in there. Besides, when most of Japan is accessible to foreigners, I don't see anything wrong with Japanese people just wanting to hang out with other Japanese people. Not to mention it eliminates some big communication issues that could occur.
