What to you prefer to use when fighting? your feet/legs (kicking, kneeing, etc) or hands/arms (punch, elbow, etc)

I use both balanced out to fight, but i guess i tend to favor palm strikes, graps and pressure points, so my hands and arms.

Hands/arms guy here. Not to say I don't kick/check with the legs, just I use the hands/arms a lot more. A good leg kick is almost always in the game plan, but its either a set up or a close out shot, either to the groin, shin, or knee.

When point sparring i use my legs to keep my oponets away from from me and to distract them. I have good balance. I'll throw multiple side kicks, start to but my foor down and then fake them out by throwing some more side kicks when they come in on me.

I'm a capoeira player, but I must admit to the love of slamming an opponent into a wall face first by holding thier head. Depends on the situation really, but yeah hands.

On foot, I like boxing and throws. On the ground, I like pressure points, choke holds, and submission holds. Once the person is subdued by this, its fun to throw elbow strikes to the gut and solar plexus, also to the face.

I kinda go with the flow of things. Although I'm in TKD, I punch a lot (got a mean left hook XD). But for real fights on the street, I'm not above aiming for where it hurts, biting, gouging eyes, etc. It really depends on the situation I'm in.
