Okay, from what I've read, Bowie pretty much wrote and composed most if not all of the music he sang in Labyrinth.
Does anyone know if he was the only voice in "Chilly Down" or if there were other musicians involved? There's a high pitched whiney voice that I can understand is him, but there's other voices that vary and I'm not sure if they're his voice with affects, or other people singing.

Besides the Labyrinth soundtrack, if you listen to Bowie's other albums, it's normally with several different back up singers. There is an album or two where he's done collaborations with Queen.
Chilly down in particular, I believe, was not done by the Bowie himself. At least, that's what I wanna say. You'd have to get the director's uncut version for that sort of information; either that or send a letter to the Jim Henson corps.

Bowie was not responsible for Chilly Down. He was not involved with that song in any particular manner.
Give me a few days, and I will find the details of that song.

Okay david wrote chilly down but he did not perform it in the movie. I checked it on itunes.
Moving on I thought the two best songs in this movie were Magic Dance and As the world falls down. For me I do enjoy the other songs but the melody's sound a little wierd for me. ((Its cause I'm a singer as well))

Bowie's a genius and all *bows at his feet* but Chilly down isn't my favourite song from Labyrinth... I think "Underground" and "As the World Falls Down" are some of the better songs he should be remembered for in that movie.
