1. A Dance with Dragons - George R. R. Martin
2. Hm. Not sure. Most of the ones I like are still alive.
3. I have been waiting so long for that book. It's ridiculous. If his fourth book (A Feast for Crows) hadn't been so... bridge-like, it might be different. That and I think they're some of the greatest fantasy that's ever been written. Come on George!

Been waiting on Isobelle Carmody to finish a few things, like Darkbane
The final book for the Obernewtyn chronicles just came out so I will get to it soon, but it took a really long time. I started both series when I was in grade 9!
Had to wait on Juliet Marilier for a bit too, and Ian Irvine with Chronicles about Nish (not actual name just can't recall it now!)

I'm waiting for a few books myself. These are ones that haven't been released yet::
The fourth book from the Leven Thumps series, written by Obert Skye. The title has yet to be announced. I am also waiting for "Breaking Dawn" (Stephenie Meyer) to come out in August.
Other books that are out, but I haven't gotten will be picked up at my library (because they have to send the books I requested from another library since mine didn't have it)
I should get Grass for his Pillow (written by Lian Hearn) within a week or so, depending on how fast they can ship it. It's the second book out of "Tales of the Otori" (A trilogy.)

The second book of the Beka Cooper series by Tamora Pierce (for all I know, it's coming out in 2009)
I think there's a new Obernewytn book coming out, but I have no idea.
