Elissa would have been who I would have chosen if she hadn't died.
I didn't think Cristina or the ADA were very good for him.
Lilly would be the most reasonable choice now though I kinda like them as partners rather than lovers.

I say Lilly, she needs some Valens love with all the s**t she has to go through xD. Even so I support them either as just friends or lovers, if they would be lovers though they have a long way to go before they could work. If they are willing to work through some things then I believe they could work. In general I support friends being lovers more then enemies being "lovers". At least friends have something to work off of. xD

I don't know how well they'd work together... but I can't really see him with anyone else who's been on the show so far.

I liked Elisa but obviously with her death the producers did not think her the right choice no matter how much everyone loved her. I do not think that him and Christina should be together under any circumstances because (as we have seen) it will ruin his and Lil's relationship and that is something NO ONE wants to see I'm sure. It's just not right for him to date his partner's sister. As for Lil I don't think he should be with her either. They are so close to each other and he was there for her when her mother died, but none of this was in a relationship type of way, I honestly think the two of them are destined to just be friends/partners. Ya kinda gotta wonder though if Lil does like him like that with how strongly she reacted to him and Christina, but again could have just been a partner thing.
Anyways to sum it up, I think that there really isn't anyone out there for Scotty yet...
