 Its long over due that the few of us who play have a single thread to rant, rave and brag in. Between the constant grinding and UN-scheduled server checks I felt the need for a thread. Even if Pixie and I will be doing the most posting in here XD For those of you who don't know or care: MapleStory is a free, 2D, side-scrolling Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game developed by the Korean company Wizet. Several versions of the game are available for specific countries or regions, and each is published by various companies such as Wizet and Nexon. Although playing the game is free, many player appearances and gameplay enhancements can be purchased from the "Cash Shop" using real money. MapleStory has a combined total of over 50 million players in all of its versions. MapleStory Global, for players mainly outside of East Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe, has over one million players.
In the game, players defend the "Maple World" from monsters and develop their character's skills and abilities, as in typical role-playing games. Players can interact with others in many ways, such as through chatting, trading, and playing minigames. Groups of players can band together in parties to hunt monsters and share the rewards. Players can also band in a guild to interact more easily with each other.

I WANNA ASK A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION!!!
Is Pixie done stealing all the items from my character yet? I mean, I hope she didn't actually... But I wanna know if I can go on and play and not like use her items and change her key configuring. (Cuz I went on there for like 5 seconds the other day and felt like I was totally intruding, even though it was my account...)
And congrats to Meru for FINALLY geting her s**t together long enough to make a thread! heart
LOL! And congrats to me for having enough of a no life to actually post here like 5 minutes after it opened! xd

Every time I think about trying to go back to gMS, I load it up hop on my character, ;_; at losing cash stuff, then get discouraged by getting 0.10 exp from one kill.
Also: I'm probably waaay behind you guise.

Also: I'm probably waaay behind you guise. XD I'd kill to find something that gave me .10 per kill, I kill to find something that consistently gave me .01 without me using a lot of pots. I'm probably going to use it some to monster carnival because I'm saving up cp points, but other than that you can ******** everything else up biggrin
@Roy: crying meru and I think it's awesome when we can consistently kill something and get .01%
And Evan started maple when I was level 51. I helped him level for months and months and now he's fourty. And since you can MC (new pq like thing for 30-50) if you get back on we can level you up to 50 with Evan so easy biggrin

And it looks like I'm the first Thief here so far. sweatdrop I should buy a buddy list upgrade XD I'll add you ROY If you have expensive things you can sell them through the new trade system and get NX for them.

It doesn't take that long to level. The added more quests on the beginner island. Super easy to level early on. Pixie and I have characters at a level for every PQ if you need help running your first ones.
Party Quests are where you get into a party and do a series of challenges or little quests. Most include killing monsters and puzzles.
11-Any level ~ Henesys Party Quest. It gives an automatic 1.5k exp per finishing. Really good for levels 10-18
21-30 ~ Kerning City Party Quest. If you can get a party early on that is patient it is really good exp. Even at 30 it is good exp. Pot drainer at times though
30-50 ~ Monster Carnival. This party quest is the best exp for these levels. You use no pots and you don't lose any exp for dying. biggrin
35-50 ~ Ludibrium Party Quest ~ I love this one so much. It is pretty much vacant thesedays. Longer and better rewards and somewhat good exp if you can find a steady party.
51-70 ~ Orbis Party Quest. Apparently there is a quest in order to be completed you need to do a full OPQ. Hard to find parties who do full runs. Most do the glitched version which is really not recommended. A chance you might be banned from doing the glitch version since it is glitch exploitation.
51-70 ~ Ludi Maze Party Quest. BEST ONE EVER. So this PQ is good on exp since it is super short. Pot friendly and gives a lot of mesos if you sell most of the rewards. How do you think I paid 20mil for a pig. wink
55-100 ~ Pirate Party Quest. Ok exp. Can be pot heavy at times. There are about 4 quests that revolve around this PQ. Also if you pq enough you get a Pirate Hat XD.
Between good PQs for every level til 70 and s**t tons of quests there is basically always something to do.... even if the somethings to do are tedious.

And Shoy doesn't play much on actual maple, but Level 24 Archer | Renegal
