Nobody knows who Lucas is talking to in the season finale.
Here is something from Wikipedia on the season 5 finale
As the season ends, Dan becomes number 1 on the donor's list after the death of the one before him after having contemplated killing him but deciding not to for Jamie. He is ironically run over just before his beeper goes off to tell him a heart is ready for him. Mouth quits his job to go to Omaha and Nathan has his first success in his comeback, scoring against Quentin, inspired by his son, who had overcome his own fear of swimming after a near-death experience. Lucas, confronted by Haley, calls someone from an airport, asking her if she wants to get married in Vegas that night. The viewers are left wondering who it is, as Peyton, Brooke, and Lindsey all get a phone call at the same time

brooke gives up the baby to the mother, leaves lucus sad, lucus is in the airport, and it is left a cliff hanger... i hope its brooke!!!! they were so cutge together, and he really changed brookes life

i hope it is Peyton because they are meant to be together. I can't imagine Luke marrying Lindsay. She is sort of annoying. If not Peyton then Brooke
