depends on if you want pve or pvp
Alliance sucks hard on my server (/battlegroup) but we're pretty good for PVE I think. Its Twilight's Hammer.

i can't tell you about pvp because i'm not 70 yet but i'm leveling a paladin and priest on tarren mill right now and so far there has no been crazy languages in the channels
which is always a good thing
the pve progression is very good, its active and the alliance to horde ratio seems to be pretty equal

PvP, RP or Normal?
I'm on Steamwheedle Cartel RP. It's an ok place to be, at least all my charas are there...
We spam Trade alot, and the overall RP is ok, depends on what guild you enter really...
PvE is nice, we really go for it at lvl 70, but PvP is more a horde thing than ally on Steam. Which doesn't mean we don't raid each others cities and go crazy in BG's.
Dunno other servers than RP ones, so I can only say Steam... Well, Darkmoon Faire is also nice, more heavy RP there.

Hehe the Dutch are great once you get to know 'em.
Why don't you try Sylvanas, they have pretty much everything only problem is it's a pretty crowded server sad
