It's a scam, DON'T fall for it, report it when possible. It can happen on forums and profiles alike as far as I know.
This cropped up on me when I veiwed the featured profile.

I didn't say anyone WOULD fall for it, I certainly hope not. However I thought it would be fair warning to let you guys know that this is something new cropping up.
