Earlier, while searching around for information, I came across an interview with one of the MMO's senior producers. It mentions a game of golf that can happen while you're playing in the MMO, even if there's fighting going on around you. What are your thoughts on this Golf in the battle system?

....Honestly, I think the idea is silly. -shrugs- But what can you do? It's probably something they worked hard on, so I won't insult it until I see it.

The idea of golf in an MMORPG reminds me of the PS2 game, Dark Cloud 2. It was an RPG that also integrated golf as a minigame. The difference was that golf was accessible after defeating all enemies onscreen. The concept of golfing WHILE fighting is kinda odd......but pretty fun at the same time, I gotta say.

Hum, golf... come on! They can come up something better than that...
unless you can get the golf club and beat the monsters with it.

I love it. I absolutely hate golf in real life, (except mini-golf) but when I play a golfing video game, it just pwns like you wouldn't believe. Although, you can bet yer buckets this isn't gonna be in a 3D environment, so I'm not too sure if that's going to make too much of a difference.

Think of it this way, Guys. You can have both an innocent game of Golf, and a lethal ranged weapon at the same time. *Punts the ball to a nearby Fluff, then bashes an NPC over the head... Then runs like hell.*
