Get those mini hotdog things, rap them in bacon, roll them in brown sugar, and cook them in the oven.....no idea how long. Very very tasty.

I just made some cookies, they're really good. Chocolate with a cream filling:

2 boxes of devil food cake mix
1 cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup of butter
2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
2 tsp of vanilla

Mix the cake mix, oil, and eggs together. Roll them into 1" balls on a cookie sheet, bake at 325 for 8-9 minutes. (Really short, don't let it fool you. My first 2 batches both burnt. >.<) They'll be gooey when they come out, so let them sit for a while. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, and use it to fill the cookies. Tastes best when you've let them sit in the fridge for a while.

Enjoy!

Something quick, easy and affordable: rice and chunky soup...did I mention that it is also nutritious? Just cook the rice and heat up the soup and pour it over the rice!!

I want recipes that will feed six people...something that will surprise my mom...
ooo! and stuff for the sleepover I'm having next week!

Chicken Enchillates are a crowd pleaser and not too hard. It's the type of recipie that will feed an army and it's filling. Here's the basic recipie I use, I add the cheese, but not the chilies. That's just my tastes. Let me know how it goes!

CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

3-4 chicken breasts, cooked in water until done, cut-up into small pieces
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup OR 2 cans cream of chicken soup OR one of each
1-2 soup cans of any type of milk
½ pkg of torn corn or flour tortillas
Salt/pepper/garlic powder
OPTIONAL: 1 cup of shredded cheese, 1 small can of mild green chilies, already sliced.
1 small can of already sliced olives
Bakes at 350 ° for about 40 minutes until cheese is melted and the casserole is completely
heated.

Hm...I should probably start cooking more often before I go back to college.

Not sure about the recipes. One idea, besides the yummy sounding enchaladas up above, would be French Bread Pizzas, and it could be fun to actually have people make their own during the sleepover. Just get some french bread, add tomato sause and alternate ingredients, and cook. I'm not sure about the temperature and timing, though. I just remember making them at a friend's place.

Ooh! Ooh! Like the bishop's storehouse beef chunks in water, stick it over rice.... We call it in my family- "Beef crap over rice"! xD Or Beef crap for short, because that's all we use the chunks for. ^_^
