I haven't read many mangas but from those few I've read or started reading, my favorite is Fruits Basket. ^^ I like the anime too but the manga has much more depth. And I also like Fake and Gravitation, though in Gravitation there's really not any kind of real plot and in Fake... Too much solving murders and other crimes and too little the relationship between main characters... Ah well.

I liked Death Note, though it really went downhill after the Yotsuba Arc.
I also like Fruits Basket, though I haven't been keeping up with the last few volumes.
Favorites... I'd say Revolutionary Girl Utena, The World of the S&M (called The World Exists For Me in English), Hikaru no Go (though I haven't been keeping up with that, either gonk ), Koisuru Boukun (The Tyrant Who Falls in Love), and Gokujou no Koibito (The Best Lover).

Tossu-chan I haven't heard of them either... o.O But then again, I don't read manga all that much.. sweatdrop Mainly yaoi/shonen ai anyway... redface Only two of the seven I mentioned are yaoi manga...? I_Love_Gaara_27 @Ras ohh, i havent heard of any of those Mangas u named.. X.x Revolutionary Girl Utena, story by BePapas, art by Chiho Saito - About a girl named Utena who attends a mysterious school where students compete in duels in a magical arena in order to win control of a beautiful maiden called the Rose Bride. Whoever possesses the Rose Bride is said to have the power to Revolutionize the World - the power to make their dreams come true. The story is a complex metaphor for adolescence, and is full of symbolism and rich imagery. The World of the S&M (The World Exists For Me), story by BePapas, art by Chiho Saito - This is a really weird series, about a Japanese schoolgirl named Sekai who is in a train accident while on a school trip in France. She is saved from the wreck by a little boy named Sovieul, who has a magical doll named S that allows him to travel through time. The doll gives her some of its magic, placing a green gem on her chest. As Sekai and Sovieul are pulled through different periods of French history, they are pursued by a mysterious demon named Machiavello, who has a red gemstone on his chest. It's very complicated, but beautifully drawn. Sadly, there only seem to be two volumes of it, even though the story is obviously far from winding down at the end of the second one. Hikaru no Go (Hikaru's Go), story by Yumi Hotta, art by Takeshi Obata (who also drew Death Note) - A young boy named Hikaru finds a Go board in his grandfather's attic that is haunted by a ghost named Sai, who has been waiting for someone who can help him find rest, by helping him play a perfect game of Go. Through Sai's teaching, Hikaru begins to compete in Go tournaments, trying to learn to play on his own while still keeping his secret. It's a good game-oriented series, like Yu-Gi-Oh, with lots of great character designs. Koisuru Boukun (The Tyrant Who Falls in Love), art and story by Takanaga Hinako - This is yaoi, about a gay researcher named Morinaga who falls in love with his violent and homophobic sempao, Souichi. It's a comedy at heart, but it gets pretty serious at times. Gokujou no Koibito (The Best Lover), art and story by Minase Masara. - This is yaoi, about a modeling manager named Kuniyoshi, who is ordered to help a sponsor company president's horrible and spoiled son, Yoshimi, into a first-rate male model. The art is gorgeous and the characters are very complex.

What I meant to say is... I read mainly yaoi myself... sweatdrop Therefore I don't know many mangas outside the genre. Though I don't know that many yaoi mangas either..>.> But... uh, well, I don't read manga that much so no wonder I don't know the mangas you listed.
I read what you told about those mangas though, and especially the one called Koisuru Boukun sounds interesting to me. If I find it somewhere, I really want to read it. xd

Yah, I changed my name. You know how it's hard to register to some sites 'coz all the good names are already taken and you end up picking up a name that you don't necessarily like that much but take it anyway 'coz no one has it yet.... Tossu was kind of that kind of name.. sweatdrop Feenix (or it should be written Feeniks, correctly) is Finnish for Phoenix. xd I like Phoenix birds. whee
Erm... About yaoi... I don't know where my obsession for it comes from... It's just... one of those things I have an addiction for. Like caffeine. Both legal drugs. rofl I'll go nuts if I don't get my daily portion of yaoi in some form... eek

However, the company that licensed it only put out a limited release in certain areas, so the one volume (out of four, though the series is ongoing) that was translated can run upwards of a hundred dollars on a good day. I have up through volume four (including the last chapter just came out last month) that I can let you read if you PM me.

But I don't really have time until at summer, so I may send you PM then about the matter if that's okay. ^^
