I have been trying to download this game, Anarchy Online, since yesterday morning... it bounces from 5 hours remaining to TWENTY TWO HOURS REMAINING. It angers me greatly. :: fistshake ::
This is the first time I've ever had to do a bit torrent downlaod.. and y'know what? I hate it. TT___TT Never. EVAR. Downloading like this again. EVAR.
Discuss. What bad downloading experiences have you had?

Hmm.... downloading Kazaa. I didn't know that it was infested with like EVERYTHING until it killed my pop up blocker eek

Trying to DL some music. lol sometimes i have to wait for 12 hours and its fake!!! lol so annoying. Though i still love Kazaa lite ^.^

Bit torrent is the worst p2p item ever!
My bad story is that I was getting Naruto Eps from a site and then the site shut down before I could get them all.
So now I only have 57 eps and it is in the middle of a cliffhanger >_<

It was out of commission for like 2 weeks after Kazaa did its evil business to it. And besides that, the actual Kazaa program took me hours to Dload in the first place. stressed

I downloaded a music video off of Kazaa *back when i had it* It messed up my computer. and i got a lot of songs off of it, but it corrupted my hard drive with crap and I had to get a new one. Lost all me files

I use WinMX to download my music files whee I have yet to recieve a virus *knock on wood* and I've downloaded over a thousand songs between my sister, brother and I off of it... so I'm pretty sure its safe 4laugh
You can also get video's and pictures from it aswell, although i've only tried to obtain mp3 files so far sweatdrop

Of course all those types of programs are awful for your computer since so many of the files in their databases are infected.

Of course all those types of programs are awful for your computer since so many of the files in their databases are infected. Limewire IS yummy...but it gives you these odd little pop ups and spy ware that dont run correctly and only succeed in slowing down your computeru_u
