Talent: Horse Acrobatics- Cally and her horse, Velvet, perform together and alone. Cally does splits off the side while Velvet rears and gallops. Together they perform clownish acts when Velvet won’t be saddled or want to be ridden. When Velvet gallops around Cally does dance moves, trick riding, and gymnastics on the flat saddle on Velvet’s back.
Shapshifting- Cally is also a shapshifter. She can be in any form (animal, any race, person) she has seen. The draw back is that she can only be in that form for 12 hours and only her leotard can accommodate the changes she makes. All other clothes are ruined when she changes forms. She isn't sure why she can shapeshift but it must be becasue of the magic in her family's history.
World: (B or C) Cally is from the world Iflantus. Iflantus has extraordinary technology, but everyone lives in medieval style homes and dress. They have chosen to live this way so that resources are reused and plentiful and there isn’t a lot of waste. The mode of transportation is horse but when emergencies arise or medical help is needed hover cars are used. Families are always very large an live together on acres. Everyone knows everyone. The living conditions are fairly good; toilets flush themselves, dishes clean themselves and food cooked for 2 can feed 20 without a problem.
History: Cally was the 16th child out of 30. And her extended family was around 100. She felt odd with her family. All of the women in the family could manipulate water and take control of it. Many of the women were great cooks or gardeners. The men could manipulate fire. They were great warriors and blacksmiths. Cally could do neither and she was made fun because of it. She was great with animals so she usually got to take care of the livestock and workhorses. Cally received Velvet on her 5th birthday and has been inseparable with the horse. When Cally didn’t have chores she did tricks on Velvet and learned gymnastics form her brother Kevin. Cally was mostly invisible to her family unless they need animals to be taken care of. Then when they needed her help she was the loudest one getting everyone to work together for the good of the sick cow or horse. When Cally was 14, Kevin ran away from the family to an unknown village leaving Cally to be by herself. She grew quiet and less helpful making her a burden in her parents' eyes. When Cirque came to Iflantus she knew she wanted to go since her family wouldn’t miss her and neither would the neighbors and they could certainly find another person to help with animals.

Personality: Cally is mostly bubbly and energetic. She has her moments when she is calm and silent, but those moments are few and scattered. She tries to think before she acts and speaks but she usually jumps the gun and is the loudest one in the room. (Cally is the loudest to other people but she barely spoke after her Brother, Kevin, left.) She loves to be with Velvet and tries to keep him around her at all times. Cally tries to make her decisions based on how they will affect Velvet’s and her lives. She was mostly quiet around her family but to those in her family who knew her a bit better like Kevin she was funny and joked around.
Likes: Animals, pretty colors, gymnastics

 Stage One: Cally will do some of the care for animals and the gear of other carnies. She'll help out with getting people to join since she likes showing off to spectators and would love to practice her balancing on Velvet.
Stage Two: Cally is so excited. She's decided to mix up her act a little. A little humor of Velvet being stubborn, a few pirouettes(spins) on Velvet's back, a couple scorpions(grabs her foot of their bent leg and brings it up to almost behind her head) and a one handed handstand on the saddle platform and perhaps a charming dragon (Cally's Form) chasing and learning how to ride on Velvet.
Stage Three: Now that Cally knows she's accepted she'll add more humor, more riding tricks like hanging off the side of the saddle (on the side of the horse holding on to the saddle or stirrup), and a few different forms that ride perhaps a lion, a wolf, or maybe an Angel.
Stage Four: Never in Cally's dreams would she imagine making headlines let alone falling out of them.

This idea is pretty cool! I do have a few suggestions though.
How did she get shapeshifting abilities? Does it run in her family because you only mention element manipulation in the history.
Also you say she's loud, boisterous, and thinks before she acts. This doesn't seem to match up well with her history of being the "outcast" of her family unless she did things to get their attention. Most outcast kids are rather quiet and introverted. Maybe you could talk about other ways she kept from being "invisable" to her family.
Also on your carnie stages, could you explain the tricks more? I don't have much experience with horses or how they perform so some of the terms you use go over my head. This might help others like me.
