one of my students, or my admin if this amount of stress keeps up. I'm not sleeping well, I'm barely eating, I'm crappy ALL day and I just want to curl up in a ball and be left alone AND to top it all off I'm getting sick and can't call in sick due to the fact that half of my staff is gone and we have no subs. 2 more months of this...I dunno if I can handle it. Relaxing on the weekends ( heart Naito) helps a bit, but the environment at work is SO toxic we should all have Hazmat suits. GAH GAH GAH GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

My aunt just got out of teaching this year. She is having a horrible time of it too. Her health has suffered, as have her relationships, she is also trying to look after her dying mother. So she figured it's time to retire. She has doctor notes galore, and trying to work with the union and everthing, and they are still trying to force her too work. School boards have no sympathy. She has given them 35 years, it's time to go, and they are making all this new stress for her. It's totally lame. I don't understand why they seem to have this right to dictate you. ******** up.
I understand you have plans for change? I hope they come through for you heart
