 It was a beautiful day, the Luck thought, rolling his ball absent-mindedly with one paw from side to side. The sky greatly resembled his precious ball, cloudy against a blue background, except that the blue on his ball was of a different, darker shade.
"Though can we really say it is different?" He mused aloud, resting his chin on the ball. "The sky takes on different hues with each hour, each minute of the day. The color now might not even resemble the color of the sky tomorrow at this particular time. Just like that of the moods of people. You can never predict it."

 For one who had only recently hatched, the world was a fairly new and curious place to the young pixie kit. Already, Jacaranda had learned the basics; the house she lived in was crazy, being kidnapped by Rena was inevitable, and there was another pixie, just like her- Bohemian Rhapsody was his name, and he seemed as interested as she in the wonders of the world, though his mother had put an end to the idea of the two traveling alone together, possibly to get lost for all eternity.As is, in, in the end, Jacaranda had managed to slip past the others and head out on her own, everyone distracted by one thing or another. Partially putter...er, fluttering along, and partially walking half of the way, the kit wandered aimlessly, not really having much of a clue where to go, until she came across a kitsu much bigger than her, with colors that made him seem to blend in with the sky...if he was up in the sky, anyways."Hullo!" Jacaranda chirped, waving to the Luck, "What'cha doin'?"

A little voice broke into his thoughts, and he turned to see who it was, while rolling his ball away from the direction of the voice, out of reflex. As all Lucks were, he was pretty protective of it, and allowed no one else to touch it. He was quite used to little kitsusagis though, as his frame was quite large, and he lived with a perma-kit, with the occasional visitor of a adult kitsusagi.
"Why hello there, little one." He replied, purple eyes resting on the tiny wings that fluttered on her back. Her fur was mostly purple, with bright blue markings, which he silently approved of. Purple and blue, were after all, his favorite colors. "What brings you out here today in the wide world?"

"I dunno," the kit admitted, bobbing up and down as her own way of shrugging, "But it was a pretty day today, so I went out!" Naturally, she neglected to mention she had snuck out, but the Luck didn't need to know that, now did he? "Ah...but you're so big, though!" Jacaranda exclaimed, fluttering around the luck. "I met someone your size, only she had a son my size, and we were going to go out, but she said no, and these flowers are pretty, aren't they?"
She was getting ahead of herself, the kit was. Remembering what Shreya had said about minding one's manners, the kit landed softly on the ground, keeping a respectable distance from the Luck. "Sorry-orry, though, for not introducing myself," the pixie apologized. "I'm Jacaranda~"

"It certainly is." He replied. "A perfect day for musing the inconsistencies of life." He did that out loud very often, however, and sometimes made Aroha so annoyed that she wanted to throw a book at him just to shut him up. Which was why he had moved to do it outside instead. "Different species have different sizes." He said simply, arching an eyebrow in curiosity. Hmm, more Lucks? It certainly was quite rare to come across another of his kind.
"Aah. Named after the purple foliage that signifies the beginning of spring. It is appropriate indeed." He nodded, rolling his jade ball from side to side. "My name is Yun Die(pronounced Dee-ah)."
