That eek ...is disgusting. "Innovative" perhaps, but all the same disgusting. I'd never play it. I know no reason to use a "strap on" seeing as how one should just be able to hold the wiimote near enough their private parts.
I'd die of laughter if I saw this being Demoed in a store by somebody. Infact, I'd whip out my video corder and go put it on youtube.

i want to know what genius in the marketing department came up with "Super Pii Pii Brothers promotes good bathroom skills and allows women to experience for the first time the pleasure of urinating while standing." i never knew japan had such a problem with little kids missing the toilet bowl, or that peeing while standing up was so pleasureable it needed its own game xd
now to find a way to twist that strap on accessory into something naughty twisted

Not to disappoint you or anything, but peeing standing up isn't as fun as it makes it look.
I hardly ever see cats pop out of toilets like that! It's rather misleading if you ask me. stare
