I was in Sypmhonic Band a few weeks ago and I was talking to the director. Then I went to move and I stabbed myself in the eye with my bass clarinet reed. I screamed so loud! It was funny afterwards...it hurt like a mother-- tho.

I got my finger caught somewhere in the back of my french horn keys . . where all the strings are. I screamed for like 10 seconds before I realized I just had to lift my horn up to make it stop hurting.
I've hit myself in the mouth with my horn mouthpiece as well, but it's never broken a tooth or anything.
I've tripped over other people's cases a few times too . .
Oh and I forgot the best one!!! I dropped a flute on my head and got this bloody scratch the shape of a half circle. I still have an awesome scar.

do small concusions(<= Srry can't spell) count? Because if they do, I've hit both myself and others in the head (not on purpose) with the end of my trombone. You know the tuning end? Well, I sit my bell on my lap and while spacing out or goofin' off I hit either myself or someone else with it.

My friend was ticking me off in jazz band so I knocked his stand with the tuning slide end of my Trombone (He plays trumpet behind me in jazz band) and the stand knocked him in the knee really bad (Woops LOL)
And once someone through a drum stick and it hit me in the face...
And multiple times I've accidentally jabbed someone in the but because I'm not paying attention to which was I playing and my slide jabs them...

I hit other people (and myself) with my euphonium ALL them time (mostly accidental), although the hard case is quite useful when you're rushing through a crowded room. Once I also jabbed my friend in the ribs with my flute since she wouldn't stop making fun of me for hiccuping in the middle of a song.
And....our trumpet players were once having a "my instrument can beat up your instrument" contest with the trombone players. Needless to say, a good deal of them ended up injured, although it was from tripping over cases.

God, I'm always thwacking people with my tuba.
Once, in a parade, the poor guy who had the misfortune of standing on my left side was a really tall trumpet player. I lost count of how many times the edge of my bell hit him in the ehad during that one parade.
Another time, at a pep assembly, I was doing horn swings and hit my freind the the back of the trombone really hard. (on the right side, so that the back end of her trombone slammed into her head)
