You're talking about the hymen, but it sounds like you have been misinformed about it. The hymen is not inside the v****a. The hymen is part of the external female genitalia, in others words, it's on the outside.
A girl is no longer a virgin once she has sex, hymens have nothing to do with sex or virginity. Some girls have intact hymens when they are not virgins, and many virgins have hymens that are not intact. Most hymens are delicate and break long before a girl ever loses her virginity. Most hymens tear from masturbation, manual sex, tampons, and even just running and jumping. So that means your doctor would not know whether you had sex or not by looking at your hymen.
