Just saw this article in The Sun. Ten/Rose shippers, rejoice!

Following in the footsteps of Doctor Who predecessor Tom Baker, the publicist for David Tennant (36) has announced that the actor will be marrying his former co-star on the show, Billie Piper (25). Piper played the Time Lord's companion, Rose Tyler, from 2005-2006, and will reprise the role in the 2008 season. "Billie and I have a tremendous sort of chemistry together," stated Tennant. "I think that came across during my first season in Doctor Who, in the way Rose and the Doctor interacted, where it sometimes felt like they were more than just simply friends. I guess some of that affection between the characters was genuine on our parts."

The news comes shortly after Piper's divorce to actor Laurence Fox, her 2nd after a six year marriage to radio presenter Chris Evans. Tennant was previously romantically linked to Sophie Myles, though their relationship ended sometime in October, 2007, reportedly due to a lack of time together following Myles's move to the United States. Tennant was also rumored to have been on several secret dates with Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue. The two had starred together in the 2007 Doctor Who Christmas special.

Gossip about Tennant and Piper began to surface in November, when the actress was spotted during the filming of scenes for the upcoming season of Doctor Who. According to Tennant, it was actually Piper who proposed. "When I was first asked I just remember laughing an awful lot because it seemed so hilarious," he says. "Then in the days that followed I did have a few wobbles because it seemed such a specific thing to take on; any long commitment turns into a certain type of thing and this comes with so many expectations. Then I just woke up one morning and thought, what on earth are you thinking of, just do it, you're only the 3rd bloke who's ever got to do this, you'd be kicking yourself for the rest of your life. It was made easier by the fact that Chris [Evans] had done it, because of the type of work that he's done and wants to do again." When asked about Piper's nicknaming the actor 'David Ten-inch', he evasively replied, "She did mention something about it being bigger on the inside than on the outside."

The wedding ceremony is set to take place this September in Barcelona.

Ok, i was totalling believing that until i saw "Barcelona". David Tennant went to Billie Piper's wedding as a guest not too long ago! I don't think she would have broken up with the guy she married that quickly...

Besides, I think David Tennant is dating someone else now, but not Billie Piper. AND IT'S BEEN POSTED ON APRIL 1ST
