I'm gonna have to admit that I haven't heard of alot of those companies but I'd either endorse Sabian or Zildijan.

Well, a lot of those are minor firms. Those which make very good cymbals, but don't have the means to have their cymbals widely available like Zildjian and Sabian.
What cymbals do you have on your kit currently?

What type of Sabians and Zildjians?
The Manhattan jazz stuff is really good in my opinion. I've got the 16" Crash and the 20" Ride (which is so thin, it's probably better used as a crash).

I would endorse sabian because they are the best cymbal company ever.

I've heard friends' wuhans, and, admittedly, they are not consistent. For example, you had some really nice stuff and then, on the other side, you had something which could be mistaken for a cat screeching.

?
Maybe it's aged?...Most cymbals age and change their sounds over time.

I personally have been very happy with the stuff that Bosphorus and Agop Istanbul have been putting out. I personally own a ride by Agop Istanbul and love it to death.

Meinl cymbals have a nice crisp sound that I like.
But, seeing as how I can't afford any, I'm stuck using some old, and worn Zildjians. :/
