This is only my second post ever in this guild...so...
Recently, my boyfriend and I went slightly further than making out. What we did, I would describe as "dry-humping" - rubbing our hips and genital areas against each other. After a while, he got really excited, but he also started shaking. We stopped, and I led him to my bed so he could lay down. He told me that the lack of blood flow to his brain would cause him to convulse slightly, and sometimes he'd pass out. I think he did pass out for a few seconds. Also, when he woke up, if he coughed slightly his abdomen would twitch because he'd get sharp pains in his stomach.
I asked if he thought it was because he never does anything when he does get excited (he doesn't self-pleasure), he said he didn't know, but that his situation was normal for men. Apparantly he's had it happen once or twice before.
What I want to know is, is it really all that normal for men? And I would appreciate it if anyone had any information on this. I want to know what causes it and why, to better educate myself on his situation.

No, that's not normal; he needs to talk to a doctor about it. Anyone who passes out should see a doctor.
It's true that blood flows to the p***s when a man gets an erection, but an erection certainly is not going to drain all of his blood and cause him to pass out.

Sounds like that might be caused by any other disorder and that makes it worst. [?]
He really should go see a doctor, that's definitively not normal.

No thats definitely not normal. He was probably only telling you that so you wouldn't worry. I have a possible explanation but I am no doctor so I can't tell you for sure. Well, it might have been due to adrenaline. Adrenaline is known to make people start to uncontrollably shake and some people are extremely sensitive to adrenaline so they will actually pass out. Adrenaline can also leave a person physically exhausted too. He really should go and see a doctor about that though. If he doesn't want to go see one, you should make him before you 2 do anything else together. It could be something that has an accumulative affect, like a heat stroke does. If eventually could get so bad if that is the case that it could lead to death. So if worst comes to worst, (I know this sound mean, cruel, and very unusual for a guy to say) grab him by his testicles and make him go. Pain of the testicles or threat there of is very effective.

Thank you guys for the help.
However I have an update. Today, he came over again, and we did some petting, handling each other through our clothes. He was fully erect again, but this time he was fine, and each time after that first time today. Could it be possible that it was just the shock to his body the first time we did anything? He's never had this kind of physical relationship before; I have. I'm the first to touch him this way and make him feel like he does. He's had one girlfriend besides me, and she was a "get and don't receive" kind of girl. In other words, she did nothing for him. I'm the first he's really cared for, so this might have been too much of a shock to his body the first time. But like I said, today he was completely fine and functional. Could that be the culprit as well, just the physical and emotional shock getting to him?

It's possible for someone to pass out if they are very excited or frightened. However, your first post made it sound like this has happened to him before? People should always discuss fainting spells with their doctor, especially if it has happened a few times.

People should always discuss fainting spells with their doctor, especially if it has happened a few times. I believe he did say that the first time it happened, but I didn't ask him to clarify. But that day, and yesterday, he told me he was sure it wouldn't happen again, and it didn't.
