What anime would you like to see turned into a live action? What live actions are better than the anime? Which ones were you disappointed in? What J-Dramas are among your favorites? ^_^ Discuss.
Personally, I'd love to see someone try to make Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei a live action.

Agreed. Negima would never make it. Don'tsneeze,don'tsneeze,don'tsneeze. Kenshin would probably work, despite the various other samurai movies.

And Negima is being made into a live-action, hence why I mentioned it. DDD: I've seen pictures.....o_______________O;;;;;

I know there's no anime adaptation yet, but I'd love to see a Shinshi Doumei Cross live action.
Also a Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei one. ;D

Haha I agree with this! ^o^ It's my favourite manga and I think it'd be pretty interesting as a Jdrama! =D I personally think the live action of Peach Girl is way better than the manga *hasn't seen the anime yet* I have yet to find a drama I don't actually like, so far all the live action series that have been adapted from an anime or manga that I've seen are all pretty good It's hard to pick a favourite live action... Maybe Nodame Cantabile and Hana Kimi would be my favourites! =D LOL and a Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei live action would be hilarious! XDD

I Would Love To See A Ghost in the Shell Live Action.
I Think They Should Be Able To Pull That Off.
A Few Years Ago I Heard About A Lupin the 3rd Live Action Being Made But I Haven't Heard Anything Since Then.

I heard about a Naruto live action, but I'm not too sure if they're actually making one. it would be pretty cool, though!
Ooh~and a Bleach liveaction? That would be cool. I know they've done Bleach musical things...o_O;

Actually, the Negima live-action has already come out. I've seen a preview, and my brother has seen all the episodes. I thought the casting was terrible! Especially the shemale who plays Negi.
I really enjoyed the Death Note live action films. I liked the way the invented a new plot based on the manga, it brought out some originality in the films, rather than leaving them too predictable. The CG is also great, and Tatsuya Fujiwara is a preferred actor of mine. Hehe.
I've actually seen a couple of live actions and not yet read the manga. LIFE and Nodame Cantobile are two dramas I saw recently and absolutely LOVED. I'd quite like to read the Nodame Cantobile manga, because I'm sure the plot and storytelling are better, but Juri Ueno fully embraced the wacky role of Nodame, and Hiroshi Tamaki never needs to impress me, he's just pure on screen eye candy ♪~♪ d(^o^)b♪~♪ﾗﾝﾗﾝ
As for the LIFE manga, I read that there are several differences to the live-action and I bet it would be a gripping read. Still, there's nothing quite as captivating as seeing such a gruesome story played out in front of you by real school-age actors.
