I would stand in line for this
So, you`ve probably been wondering [maybe, hopefully] where Poet`s been the past week or so. Alan`s had the flu. Like horrible; he`s been throwing up and whatnot for ages. His mother eventually got him to stop long enough to make a trip to the doctor`s office.
Anyway, we [Rheyn and I] had to relocate to his parental units` home which has no internet, hence the bit of absence.
That crap has been going around like crazy in my area. What about the rest of you guys? Any strange sicknesses? Or stories, for that matter.

There's loads of things going around where I live at the moment. Plus it's gone cold again, which doesn't help. Snowed today, woo!
I've caught whatevers floating around. Could be flu. Could be uber nasty cold. Could be ear infection. Either way, it's not very nice, and it won't go away x.x

I'm on the tail end of one major kidney infection. sweatdrop and I still have to force nasty a** antibiotic tablets down my throat.
Problem is, I have a headache from mother stupid's nagging about everything wrong and can't take anything for it, because the medicines can't be mixed. emo

Doctor's are closed. Laaaaaaaame.
But I have a few tablets which are very good.
It's really strange. It's meant to be Spring. And it snows. Hasn't settled though.

Kidney problems are awful!! sad I hope you get better soon!!!
Right now, it looks like we're clear of snow for the season ~ Then again, ya never know around here confused
I had the cold from hell for a good week ~ I lost, like, 3 days of work! xp
And I work in a hospital,
so, I know everyone in the world has been getting sick.
Plus, the flu has evolved a bit, so the flu shots given out this year weren't working for pretty much anyone rolleyes

I was sick a few weeks ago. There was a small case of the cold and/or walking pneumonia going around my college. achy-ness, coughing, sneezing, fever... just blah. Took a while for it to all go away, too, considering I don't have health insurance to pay for antibiotics at the moment. Pretty much lived off of apple juice and cough drops.
Not to mention, I seemed to have been prone to very painful hiccups during it all... as in at least 4 times a day. Especially around bed time. It sucked. ><

`Tahirah Took a while for it to all go away, too, considering I don't have health insurance to pay for antibiotics at the moment. Pretty much lived off of apple juice and cough drops.
The best things you can do/get are: teas (antioxidants, plus hot teas soothe the throat especially with a bit of honey added in), juices, veggie soup, V8, some movies & as much sleep as you can stand lol xd

We keep getting snow every week.
Which sucks.
And there have been a lot of gross colds going around my school.
I've been sick for the past week or two.
It won't go away.

At my house, my mom caught a cold, my nephew caught it (since my sister and her two kids live with us, nephew = 2, niece = 6 weeks) and he still has the cough for over a month. My sister caught it, then I caught it (bleh). Then when my mom was starting to feel better, my niece caught it.. We feel so sorry for her. Me and my sister pretty much got over it but my nephew just has the cough. My dad didnt get sick though (He takes his vitamins and good stuff xD It works though). And now my brother is probably catching it. The doctor said it was probably something that was flying about. |:3

I certainly hope the littlest one doesn`t catch it.
That`s why Rheyn and I relocated; we didn`t want him getting what Alan had|has.
He doing much better now, in any case. He just really hates work, people, driving, pretty much anything. Alan`s being cranky. >.>
@Timmy - Ohnoes! Get better. Drink lots of OJ and such.
