I just found out that my boyfriend cheated on me. I tried to work it out because I really love this guy and we were going on seven months. I talked to the girl and she said she didn't mean it, she was drunk and so was he, and she didn't even like him. I called him back just to talk about it and he said he just wanted to be single.
My question is, how would you take it?

I guess, be lucky that you haven't invested a longer amount of time into the relationship. You hadn't even been together a year yet, so that's better than, say, after 5 years. Just try to forget about him and move on; there are plenty of good guys out there that wouldn't do that to a girl.
