It was a biiiiig day for the Durden family, because today was the greatest event ever! They were going to get their boy officially be enrolled into the government superhero trainingsprogram!
Wyatt's father had been making calls for the past few days, how things worked, and when they could drop by, and had received a rather enthusiastic reply back by none other than the agency head himself! Mr. Charles had said they would be delighted to take the boy in, and that new superheroes were always welcome. He was afraid he did not have the time to meet them for the moment, but he would come around to introduce himself very, very soon.
He had furthermore given the Durdens a time and place for them to gather, a local branch of the NSA, governed by Madam Belle Richelle Ickroad, and her faithful second Sir Oz.
Wyatt sr. had been all too proud of his son being accepted by the HEAD of the NSA! and had wasted no time in proudly boasting around the neighbourhood. Nearly everyone had come around to enthusiastically congratulate Wyatt, and ask if they could get a tour, or if he knew Darebone, or Flashcharge, or Photon, and if they could-- Well... more of that.
Today was the day that Wyatt sr. and his boy Wyatt jr. entered the NSA building. When they arrived in the lobby, the secretary immediatly nodded, first to them, then to someone else, and they were promptly escorted through a door, through another one, and then into a very comfortable waiting room. Several couches, plants, paintings, a few books. Everything gave it a comfortable, homy sort of feel to it. There weren't any windows, but the room would provide plenty of distraction.
Wyatt sr had just made his way over to one of the bookshelves where he was browsing through what almost--almost-- appeared to a be an original Shakespeare manuscript, and thus it was his youngest son that the entering party noticed first.
The first to enter was a woman in her late thirties with gentle features and soft blue eyes that, despite their softness, seemed to pierce right through the person she was watching. Her hair was short and fell just below her ears in a gentle brown sway. She was wearing a kind, sincere smile on her face, fully intending to welcome the new young superhero under her wing.
Right behind her came a young man somewhere in that indefinable age group of somewhere between the twentyfive and the thirtyfive. He was of average-height with a mop of dark, curly hair and very expressive, dark brown eyes. His skin was tanned from being outside so often and he had well defined muscles, showing he obviously did training on that. He would definitly be considered handsome by quite a few women. He flashed an enthusiastic grin at Wyatt and raised a hand in greeting.
"Good afternoon," the woman spoke first, clearly and warmly. "My name is Belle. Welcome to the Agency. It is so nice to meet you. How do you do?" She had walked forwards to shake hands with the Wyatt men. "Please, take a seat," she motioned to the couch and took a seat opposite of them.
The man had flashed an enthusiastic grin at both the Wyatts and moved forwards to shake hands too.
"Hiya, how are ya? I'm Charlie. Nice to meet ya." He didn't take a seat, but remained standing. He leaned forwards on the couch and rested his elbows on the seat behind Belle.

Wyatt hadn't exactly been prepared for what he saw at the NSA building. He had thought that it would be dull and grey, with just a bunch of guys in suits walking around with briefcases. Booooooring. But as he and his father reached it, he realized that their trip would actually be fun -something he hadn't expected. For whatever reason, this was going much differently than he'd thought it would. The attention that he'd been attracting since his dad started bragging was incredible. Everyone in the neighborhood knew by now, just from word of mouth. It was like he was some kind of celebrity!
Wyatt Jr. couldn't stop staring at the inner contents of the building. They all seemed so exciting, so new. Even the books and magazines in the waiting room seemed to be interesting. By the time the two entered the room, the teen was about to start bouncing off the walls with excitement. The woman was who he saw first, but soon after, a man followed her inside. Maybe they knew Uncle Robbie! He'd have to ask later.
"Hi! I'm Wyatt!" He introduced himself ecstatically to the both of them, confident that if he did not, his father would go ahead and introduce them both. His voice probably gave away all of his emotions. There seemed to be an underlying hint of nervousness at the very back of his mind, but it was mostly drowned by his sheer happiness. His own expression mirrored that of the man who approached -was that the 'Sir Oz' his dad had mentioned?
Wyatt Senior had always told him that a strong handshake gave people the impression that you were a strong person, but Wyatt didn't really think it was appropriate to try to crush people's hands. That was just silly. Instead, he would shake hands with everyone naturally, however hard that was. "Happy to meet you both!" He spoke with a huge smile.
